ኢትዮጵያ ለመላው አፍሪካውያን ሁለተኛ ሀገር ናት ሲሉ በኢትዮጵያ አዲስ የተሾሙት የሴኔጋል አምባሳደር መሀመድ ላሚን ቲያው ገለጹ።

አምባሳደሩ የሹመት ደብዳቤያቸውን ቅጂ በውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር የኘሮቶኮል ጉዳዮች ምክትል ሹም ለሆኑት አምባሳደር ዓለማየሁ ሰውአገኝ አቅርበዋል። 

በወቅቱም ተሿሚ አምባሳደሩ ኢትዮጵያ ለመላው አፍሪካ ሁለተኛ ሀገር መሆኗን ጠቅሰው ÷ ሴኔጋል ከኢትዮጵያ ጋር ያላት ታሪካዊ የሁለትዮሽ ግንኙነት ተጠናክሮ እንዲቀጥል ፍላጎት መኖሩን  ተናግረዋል። 

በሥራ ቆይታቸውም በሁለቱ ሀገራት መካከል በባሕል እና ቱሪዝም ዘርፎች ያለውን ትብብር ለማስፋት እና በኢንዱስትሪ ፓርክ ዘርፍ ከኢትዮጵያ ልምድ ለመቅሰም እንደሚፈልጉም ጠቁመዋል። 

አምባሳደር ዓለማየሁ በበኩላቸው ÷ ሴኔጋልና ኢትዮጵያ ጠንካራ ዲፕሎማሲያዊ ግንኙነት ያላቸው ሀገራት መሆናቸውን አንስተው ÷ የሁለቱ ሀገራት ህዝቦችም ይበልጥ ተጠቃሚ በሚያደርጉ መስኮች ላይ አተኩረው መሥራት እንደሚገባቸው ገልጸዋል።

አምባሳደሩ በኢትዮጵያ በሚኖራቸው የሥራ ቆይታ የተሳካ ስራ ማከናወን እንዲችሉ ተገቢው ትብብር እንደሚደርግላቸውም አምባሳደር ዓለማየሁ እንዳረጋገጡላቸው ከውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር ቃል አቀባይ ጽህፈት ቤት ያገኘነው መረጃ ያመለክታል።

 New Ethiopian Ambassador to Ethiopia Mohamed Lamin Tiaw

 The Ambassador presented a copy of his credentials to Ambassador Alemayehu Seguegen, Deputy Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 He said Ethiopia is the second largest country in Africa and that Senegal wants to strengthen its historic bilateral relations with Ethiopia.

 He said the two countries would like to expand cooperation between the two countries in the fields of culture and tourism and gain experience in the industrial park sector.

 Ambassador Alemayehu on his part said Senegal and Ethiopia have strong diplomatic relations and the people of the two countries should focus on areas that benefit them the most.

from the Spokesperson's Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Alemayehu assured them that they will be given the necessary cooperation to enable them to carry out their duties successfully during their stay in Ethiopia.

 አምስቱ የዓለም የኒውክሌር ሃይሎች ቻይና ፣ ፈረንሳይ ፣ ሩሲያ ፣ ብሪታንያ እና አሜሪካ ሰኞ እለት በሰጡት የጋራ መግለጫ የኒውክሌር ጦርነትን ለመከላከል እና የጦር መሳሪያ ውድድርን ለማስወገድ ቃል መግባታቸውን ገልጸዋል።

 የኒውክሌር ጦር መሳሪያ መስፋፋትን ለመከላከል ቃል የገቡት እነዚህ የዓለም ኃያላን መንግሥታት የኒውክሌር ጦርነትን ማሸነፍ እንደማይቻል እና ፈጽሞ መዋጋት እንደሌለበት አረጋግጠናል ሲሉም በመግለጫቸው አክለዋል።

 አምስቱ ፈራሚ ሀገራት የሁለትዮሽ እና የባለብዙ ወገን የኒውክሌር ሃይል ያለመስፋፋት ስምምነትን ፣ ትጥቅ የማስፈታት እና የጦር መሳሪያ ቁጥጥር አለም አቀፍ ስምምነቶችን አክብረው እንደሚቀጥሉም አስታውቀዋል።

 ፒ አምስት በመባል የሚታወቁት አምስቱ የኒውክሌር መንግስታት በአለም ላይ የአቶሚክ መሳሪያ ያላቸው ብቸኛ ሀገራት አይደሉም።

 ህንድ እና ፓኪስታን ሁለቱም የያዙ ሲሆን እስራኤል የኒውክሌር ጦር መሳሪያ እንዳላት በሰፊው ይታመናል።

 ከዚህ ባለፈም ሰሜን ኮሪያ በርካታ የኒውክሌር መሳሪያዎችን እንደሞከረች ይነገራል።

 በትናትናው ዕለት ይፋ የተደረገው የጋራ መግለጫ ለ 10 ኛ ጊዜ ሊካሄድ ከነበረው የኒውክሌር ጦር መሣሪያዎችን ያለመስፋፋት ስምምነት ግምገማ በፊት ቀደሞ የተደረገ ሲሆን ይህም በዚህ ወር በኒውዮርክ በሚገኘው የተባበሩት መንግስታት ድርጅት ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት ሊካሄድ ታቅዶ እንደነበረ አርቲ ዘግቧል።

 The five world nuclear powers, China, France, Russia, Britain and the United States, said in a joint statement on Monday that they were committed to "preventing nuclear war and eliminating arms race."

በዛሬው እለትም 2 የታጠቁ እና ሌሎች 6 የሽፍታ አባላትን ጨምሮ 95 የጉሙዝ ማህበረሰብ ክፍሎች ወደ ወረዳ ማዕከል ገብተዋል ተብሏል፡፡

በመካከላችን በነበረው ጥርጣሬና አለመተማመን ምክንያት የተፈጠረው የፀጥታ ችግር ሁላችንንም ዋጋ አስከፍሎናል ብለዋል አቶ መሰረት ፡፡ 

በተሳሳተ መንገድ እርስ በእርስ የምናደርገው ግጭትና ጦርነት ኪሳራ እንጂ ትርፍ የሌለው በመሆኑ፣ የመንግስትን የሠላም ጥሪ መቀበላቸው አግባብና ትክክለኛ ውሳኔ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል፡፡

ህዝቡ በተሳሳተ አሉ ባልታ ወሬ በመስጋት ለመግባት እየፈራ መሆኑን ገልፀው፣ መንግስት የሠላም ጥሪ የጊዜ ገደቡን በማራዘም ንፁሀን ዜጎች የከፋ ጉዳት እንዳይደርስባቸው ሊሰራ ይገባል ብለዋል አቶ መሰረት፡፡

      ይሁን እንጂ፣ በውሳኔያቸው መሰረት ሰኞ ታህሳስ 26/1985  ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ቢወጡም ዋና ፀሀፊው ዘንድ ሳይደርሱ ገና ከዩኒቨርስቲው ቅጥር ግቢ እንደወጡ ነበር የፀጥታ ሀይሎች (ታጣቂዎች) በወሰዱት የኃይል እርምጃ ሰልፉ የተበተነው። በወቅቱ የሰልፉን ሂደትና የመንግስትን እርምጃ እንደ ዘገቡት የነፃ ፕሬሶችና ኢሰመጉ ሪፖርት፣ ዓይነ ስውራንና ሴቶች ተማሪዎችን ጨምሮ ብዙዎች ተገድለዋል። ቆስለዋልም። የፀጥታ ኃይሎቹ ሰልፉን ለመበተን የተጠቀሙባቸው መሳሪያዎች ጥይት፣ ዱላና ጩቤ መሆኑን አክለው ገልፀዋል።

    መንግስትና መንግስታዊ ሚዲያዎች በበኩላቸው፣ ሰላማዊ ሰልፉ ህገ ወጥና ፈቃድ ያልተሰጠው መሆኑን፣ እንዲሁም ሰልፉን ለመበተን በተወሰደው እርምጃም ተስፋሁን ወርቁ የተባለ  አንድ ተማሪ መገደሉንና ጥቂቶችም መቁሰላቸውን አሳውቋል። ይሁን እንጂ ይህን የመንግስት መግለጫና ጉዳቱን የገለፀበት አኃዛዊ መረጃ፣ ኢሰመጉና ሌሎች የውጭ የሰብዓዊ መብት ተሟጋች ድርጅቶች፣ የዩኒቨርስቲው ተማሪዎችና የነፃው ፕሬስ፣ እውነታውን ያደበሰበሰ ነው ሲሉ ክፉኛ ነበር የተቹት።

ፍርድ ቤቱ ሰው የማገት ወንጀል የፈጸሙ ሶስት ወንድማማቾችን በ18 ዓመት ጽኑ እስራት ቀጣ

የምዕራብ ጎንደር ዞን ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት ሰው የማገት ወንጀል ፈጽመዋል ያላቸውን ሶስት ወንድማማቾች እያንዳንዳቸውን በ18 ዓመት ጽኑ እስራት ቀጣ።

የፍርድ ቤቱ የህዝብ ግንኙነት ባለሙያ አቶ አበበ ማስሬ ለኢዜአ እንደገለጹት ወንድማማቾቹ በተከሰሱበት ወንጀል ጥፋተኝነታቸው በማስረጃ በመረጋገጡ የቅጣት ውሳኔ ተላልፎባቸዋል።

“ወንድማማቾቹ በመተማ ወረዳ ህዳር 30 ቀን 2014 ዓም በግምት ምሽት 4 ሰዓት ላይ የማሽላ ምርት ወቅተው አውድማ በመጠበቅ ላይ የነበሩ የ14 ዓመት ታዳጊ ህፃንና አንድ ሌላ ግለሰብ ላይ የእገታ ወንጀል በመፈጸማቸው ቅጣት ተላልፎባቸዋል” ብለዋል።

ለጊዜው ካልተያዙ ግብረ አበሮቻቸው ጋር በመሆን ወንጀሉን የፈፀሙት 1ኛ ተከሳሽ መልኬ መካሻው የጦር መሳሪያ በመያዝ፣ 2ኛ ነጋ መካሻውና 3ኛ ተከሳሽ ታከለ መካሻው የተባሉ ወንድማማቾች መሆናቸውን ጠቅሰዋል።

ግለሰቦቹ ተበዳዮችን እጃቸውን አስረው በጫካ በማቆየትና ለጊዜው 50 ሺህ ብር ከቤተሰቦቻቸው ተቀብለው ለሌላ አጋቾች አሳልፈው መስጠታቸው መረጋገጡን ገልፀዋል።

ከታዳጊ ህፃኑ ጋር የታገተው ግለሰብ ከ3 ቀን ቆይታ በኋላ ታህሳስ 3 ቀን 2014 ዓም በግምት ከሌሊቱ 8:00 ሾልኮ በማምለጥ እራሱን ማዳን እንደቻለ ተናግረዋል።

አጋቾቹ ታዳጊ ህፃኑን ደብቀው ከማሰቃየታቸው በላይ በድጋሜ ከቤተሰቦቹ 160 ሺህ ብር ተቀብለው እንደለቀቁት ማስረጃ መረጋገጡን አብራርተዋል።

ወንድማማቾቹ ወንጀሉን ከፈፀሙ በኋላ ለጊዜው ከአካባቢው ቢሰወሩም ፖሊስ ባደረገባቸው ክትትል ታህሳስ 9 ቀን 2014 ዓ.ም በቁጥጥር ስር ውለው ክስ እንደተመሰረተባቸው ባለሙያው አስረድተዋል።

“አቃቢ ህግ በሰውና በሰነድ ማስረጃ በማስደገፍ በወንድማማቾች ላይ የመሰረተውን ክስ የተመለከተው የዞኑ ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት የወንጀል መቅጫ 1995/590 ሐ ተላልፈው በመገኘታቸው ጥፋተኝነታቸውን አረጓግጧል” ብለዋል።

ፍርድ ቤቱ ዛሬ ባስቻለው ችሎት ጥፋተኛ ባላቸው ሶስት ወንድማማቾች ላይ እያንዳንዳቸውን በ18 ዓመት ፅኑ እስራት እንዲቀጡ ውሳኔ ማሳለፉን ባለሙያው አስታውቀዋል።

እንደ ባለሙያው ገለጻ ፍርድ ቤቱ  በወንጀሉ ተሳትፈዋል የተባሉ ሌሎች ተጠርጣሪዎች ተይዘው ለህግ እንዲቀርቡ ለፖሊስ ትዕዛዝ ሰጥቷል።

 West Gondar Zone High Court sentenced three brothers to 18 years in prison each on charges of kidnapping.

 The court's public relations expert, Abebe Masre, told ENA that the brothers had been convicted of the charges.

 "The brothers were fined for kidnapping a 14-year-old boy and another person who were waiting for a threshing floor during a sorghum harvest on November 30, 2014 in Metema Woreda," he said.

 He said the first defendant, Melke Mekashaw, and Nega Mekashaw, and the third defendant, Takele Mekashaw, were armed with their accomplices.

 He asserted that his confession had been obtained through torture and that his confession had been obtained through torture.

 The hostage-taker managed to escape by escaping around 8:00 pm on December 3, 2014, after a three-day stay.

 He explained that the abductors not only tortured the child but also took 160,000 birr from his family and released him.

 The brothers disappeared from the area after committing the crime, but were arrested and charged on December 9, 2014, according to the expert.

 "The zonal high court, which heard the prosecution's case against the brothers on the basis of human and documentary evidence, found them guilty of violating the 1995/590C Criminal Code," he said.

 The court sentenced three brothers to 18 years in prison each, the expert said.

 According to the expert, the court ordered the arrest of the other suspects in connection with the crime and brought them to justice.

መርሀ ግብሩ በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ በተዘጋጀው የዳያስፖራ ፓርክ ውስጥ እየተካሄደ ሲሆን በከንቲባ አዳነች አበቤ መሪነት በርካታ የዳያስፖራ አባላት የአረንጓዴ አሻራ የችግኝ ተከላ እያካሄዱ ይገኛሉ።

ከንቲባዋ በመርሀ ግብሩ መክፈቻ ባስተላለፉት መልዕክትም፤  በውጭው ዓለም ኢትዮጵያ ጫና ሲደርስባት ዳያስፖራው አቅሙን ሳይሰስት ትግል ሲያደርግ መቆየቱን ጠቅሰዋል።

ትውልድ እንዲማርና ወቅቱን እንዲያስብ እንዲሁም አካባቢን ለማልማት ለዳያስፖራው መታሠቢያ ይሆን ዘንድ ከተማ አስተዳደሩ የዳያስፖራ ፓርክ ማዘጋጀቱን ተናግረዋል። 

ይህ መታሠቢያ ትርጉሙ ከአረንጓዴ ልማት በላይ ነው። የዳያስፖራው የአረንጓዴ አሻራ ተሳትፎም እንደሚበረታታ እንደሆነ ገልጸዋል።

በመርሀ ግብሩ ተሳትፎ ያደረጉ ዳያስፖራዎች የእናት አገር ጥሪን ተቀብለው አሻራ ለማኖር መብቃታቸው ልዩ ስሜት እንደፈጠረባቸው ገልጸዋል።

 The program is being held at the Diaspora Park in Addis Ababa.

 In a message delivered by the mayor at the opening of the pro

gram:  He said the Diaspora has been struggling despite Ethiopia's pressure from the outside world.

 He said the city administration has set up a Diaspora Park as a reminder to the Diaspora to educate the generation and think about the season and to develop the environment.

 This memorial means more than green development.  He said the participation of the Diaspora in the green footprint is also encouraged.

 The Diaspora who participated in the program expressed their special feeling that they were able to accept the call of the motherland and leave their mark.

 He further said that they are ready to support the country in all fields by highlighting such participation.

በህወሓት የሽብር ቡድን ወረራ ምክንያት በደቡብ ወሎ ዞን ደሴ እና ሀይቅ ከተሞች ከሁለት ወር በላይ ተቋርጦ የቆየው ትምህርት በድጋሚ ተጀምሯል።

በሁለቱም ከተሞች ሙሉ ለሙሉ በሚባል ሁኔታ መደበኛ ትምህርት ተጀምሯል።

የሀይቅ ከተማ ከፍተኛ ሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት ርዕሰ መምህር ያሬድ ጌታቸው በአሸባሪው ህውሓት ወረራ ምክንያት ሁለት ወር ከ15 ቀን በኃላ በድጋሜ ትምህርት መጀመሩን ገልፀዋል።

ትምህርት ቤቶቹም ባለው ግብዕት መደበኛ የመማር ማስተማር ሂደትን እያስቀጠሉ እንደሚገኙም ተናግረዋል።

ከ70% በላይ የሚሆኑ ተማሪዎችም በትምህርት ቤቶች ተገኝተው ትምህርታቸውን እየተከታተሉ እንደሚገኙ ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ያገኘነው መረጃ ያመለክታል።

 Education that had been suspended for more than two months in the towns of Dessie and Lake Wollo, South Wollo Zone, has resumed.

 Almost all formal education has begun in both cities.

 Jared Getachew, principal of Lake City High School, said he had resumed school two months and 15 days after the terrorist attack.

 He also said that the schools are continuing their formal teaching and learning process with the help of resources.

 According to the Ministry of Education, more than 70% of the students are still attending school.

የተረጋጋ ማክሮ ኢኮኖሚ ከማስፍን አንጻር የዋጋ ግሽበትን የመቆጣጠርና የገበያ ዋጋን የማረጋጋት ፋይዳ ያለው የ4 ሚሊዮን ኩንታል ስንዴና የ12.5 ሚሊዮን ሊትር የምግብ ዘይት ግዢ መፈጸሙን የገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር አስታውቋል፡፡

የገንዘብ ሚኒስቴርና የተጠሪ ተቋማት የመቶ ቀን እቅድ አፈጻጸም ግምገማ በተካሄደበት ወቅት እንደተገለጸው ባለፉት ጥቅምትና ህዳር ወራት የ4 ሚሊዮን ኩንታል ስንዴ ግዥ  ተፈፅሟል፡፡  

ግዥ ከተፈፀመው ስንዴ ውስጥ አንድ ሚሊዮን ሀምሳ አንድ ሺ አንድ መቶ ስልሳ ኩንታል ስንዴ ወደ ሃገር ውስጥ የገባ ሲሆን ይህም የስንዴ ዋጋ ከፍ እንዳይል የራሱ አስተዋጽኦ እንደሚያበረክት ነው የተገለጸው፡፡ 

ቀሪው ስንዴ በተቻለ ፍጥነት ተጓጉዞ ወደ ሀገር ውስጥ አንደሚገባም ታወቋል፡፡

በዚሁ ወቅት የ12.5 ሚሊዮን ሊትር የምግብ ዘይት ግዢ ተፈጽሞ ወደ ሀገር ውስጥ ለማስገባት በሂደት ላይ መሆኑም ተመልክቷል፡፡

የምግብ ዘይትና ዱቄት ከውጭ በፍራንኮ ቫሉታ (አስመጪዎች በራሳቸው የውጭ ምንዛሪ) እንዲያስገቡ በመደረጉ የሸቀጦች ዋጋ ባለበት እንዲቀጥል ማስቻሉም ተገልጽዋል፡፡

በጥቅምት ወር 2014 ዓ.ም 34.2 በመቶ የነበረ አጠቃላይ የዋጋ ግሽበት በህዳር ወር ወደ 33.0 በመቶ ዝቅ ብሏል ተብሏል። 

የሕዳር 2014 ወርሃዊ የምግብ ዋጋ ግሽበት ካለፈው ጥቅምት 2014 ጋር ሲነጻጸር በ1.8 በመቶ የቀነሰ ሲሆን በተመሳሳይ ጊዜ ውስጥ ምግብ ነክ ያልሆኑ ሸቀጦች የዋጋ ግሽበት 1.0 ከመቶ የጨመረ መሆኑን ከገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር ያገኘነው  መረጃው  ያመለክታል፡፡

 The Ministry of Finance said it has procured 4 million quintals of wheat and 12.5 million liters of cooking oil, which is important for controlling inflation and stabilizing market prices.

 According to the Ministry of Finance and its affiliated institutions, 4 million quintals of wheat was procured last October and November.

 Out of the purchased wheat, one million fifty-one thousand one hundred and sixty quintals of wheat was imported, which is said to contribute to the increase in the price of wheat.

 It is learned that the rest of the wheat will be transported as soon as possible.

 Meanwhile, 12.5 million liters of cooking oil has been procured and is in the process of being imported.

 It is also stated that the importation of cooking oil and flour by Franco Valuta (importers on their own foreign exchange) has helped keep commodity prices stable.

 Total inflation fell to 34.0 percent in November 2014 from 34.2 percent in November 2014.

 According to the Ministry of Finance, inflation in non-food items increased by 1.0 percent in November 2014, while food inflation fell by 1.8 percent compared to October 2014.

ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አህመድ ለዳያስፖራው ያቀረቡትን ግብዣ ተቀብለው በጋራ ወደ ሀገር ቤት ለመግባት በዝግጅት ላይ ለሚገኙ በጣሊያን ቶሪኖ ለሚገኙ ኢትዮጵያውያን እና ትውልደ ኢትዮጵያውያን የሽኝት ፕሮግራም ተደርጓል። 

በፕሮግራሙ ላይ የተገኙት አምባሳደር ደሚቱ ሐምቢሳ ኢትዮጵያ በዓይነት እና በገንዘብ ሀገሩን የሚደግፍ እና አንዳንድ ምዕራባውያን በሀገሩ ላይ ለማድረግ የሚፈልጉትን ጫና እና ጣልቃ-ገብነት በድፍረት የሚታገል ጀግና የዳያስፖራ ኮሚኒቲ አላት ብለዋል።

 "Priority should be given to luggage, ensure that your money is spent only legally, visit the victims equally as a family, during your stay and in your activities in a way that is supportive of the country and the country and builds the image of our country," according to the Ethiopian embassy in Rome.

 Campaign members of the Diaspora, for their part, said they would go to the country and play their part in rebuilding the dam at the invitation of the government.

 He also said that they are ready to carry various medicines and medical supplies on their way home.

ዳያስፖራው ከዚህ ቀደም ሲያደርግ ለነበረው ሁሉን አቀፍ ድጋፍ አመስግነው፣ በቀጣይም በመልሶ ግንባታው አሻራቸውን እንዲያሳርፉ ጠይቀዋል።

ለበርካታ ኢንቬስትመንት አማራጮች በታደለውና የቱሪስት መዳረሻዎች በተቸረው አፋር ክልል ኢንቬስት በማድረግ እንዲሳተፉና አገርና ወገን እንዲጠቅሙ ጥሪ ማቅረባቸውን ኢዜአ ዘግቧል።

የሰላም ሚኒስትር አቶ ብናልፍ አንዱዓለም በበኩላቸው ኢትዮጵያ የገጠማትን ፈተና እንደወርቅ ተፈትና እያለፈች ነው፤ በዚህም ትውልዱ ደማቅ ታሪክ እየፃፈ ይገኛል ብለዋል።
