የተከዜ ግድብ በቦምብ ተደብድቧል በማለት በጽንፈኛው የህወሃት ቡድን  የተሰራጨው መረጃ ሀሰተኛ መሆኑን የአስቸኳይ ጊዜ አዋጅ መረጃ ማጣሪያ አስታውቋል፡፡

ተከዜ ሀይድሮ ኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል ማመንጫ፣ ልክ እንደ ሌሎቹ የኃይል ማመንጫ ግድቦች ሁሉ በፌደራል መንግሥት የተገነባና የሚያስተዳድረውም የፌደራል መንግሥት ነው።

እሁድ ጥቅምት 29 ቀን 2013 ዕለት የህወሓት ሚሊሻ ግድቡን ለመጠበቅ የተሠማራውን የፌደራል ፖሊስ ኃይል ከሥራው ለማደናቀፍ ጥቃት  መፈጸሙ ተገልጿል። 

የተጎዱት እና የተገደሉት ቁጥር ያልተረጋገጠ ቢሆንም፣ በሕይወት የተረፉት 11 የፌደራል ፖሊስ አባላት ለ14 ሰዓት ያህል በእግር ተጉዘው፣ ተራራዎችን አቆራርጠው ወደ ጎንደር መግባታቸው ተገልጿል፡፡

በቀጣዮቹ ቀናት የህወሓት አክቲቪስቶች በማኅበራዊ ሚዲያ አማካኝነት "ግድቡን ተቆጣጥረናል" የሚል መረጃ ማሰራጨታቸው ተገልጿል።

አምነስቲ ኢንተርናሽናል የህወሓት ሚልሻዎች በማይካድራ በንጹሀን ዜጎች ላይ የፈፀሙትን ጭፍጨፋ አስመልክቶ ሪፖርት ባወጣበት በህዳር 3፣ 2013 ዕለት፣ የህዝብን የትኩረት አቅጣጫ ለማስቀየር የተከዜ ግድብ በቦንብ እንደተመታ የሚያትት ሆን ተብሎ የተቀናበረ፣ የሀሰት መረጃን ህወሓት በቴሌቪዥን አሰራጭቷል።

ባለሁለት ክበብ ቅስት ያለው እና በውሀ የተሞላ ግድብ በቦንብ ቢመታ ሊያስከትል የሚችለው መጥለቅለቅ እና ጥፋት ማንም ሊገምተው የሚችለው መሆኑ የመረጃውን ሀሰተኛነት በቀላሉ ለማረጋገጥ ይቻላል ተብሏል።

ተፈጥሯዊ ባህሪው ነውና፣ በህወሓት ውስጥ የሚገኘው የጽንፈኞች ቡድን በሀሰት ለማሳመን ጥረት ማድረጉን ይቀጥላል የተባለ ሲሆን፣ህወሓት የሀሰት መረጃ የማሠራጨት ዘመቻውን በትጋት መቀጠሉን ሁሉም ሰው እንዲገነዘብ ተጠይቋል፡፡

የሰብአዊ መብቶች ተቆርቋሪው ድርጅት እንዳለው በሰሜን ምዕራብ ኢትዮጵያ በምትገኘው ማይካድራ ከተማ ውስጥ በተፈጸመው በዚህ ጥቃት ቁጥራቸው በመቶዎች ሊቆጠሩ የሚችሉ ሰዎች በአሰቃቂ ሁኔታ በስለት ተገድለዋል።

ድርጅቱ ከማይካድራ ከተማ የወጡና በየቦታው ወድቀው የሚታዩ አስከሬኖችን የሚያሳዩ አሰቃቂ ፎቶግራፎችንና ቪዲዮዎችን በመመርመር ምስሎቹ የቅርብ ጊዜና ስፍራውም ማይካድራ መሆኑን ለማረጋገጥ መቻሉን ገልጿል።

ጨምሮም በጥቃቱ የተገደሉት ሰዎች ተዋጊዎች ሳይሆኑ ሰላማዊ ሰዎች መሆናቸውን ጠቅሶ፤ ግድያውን ማን እንደፈጸመው ለማረጋገጥ አለመቻሉን አመልክቷል። ነገር ግን ያነጋገራቸው እማኞች ከፌደራል መንግሥቱ ሠራዊት ጋር የሚዋጉትን የህወሓት ታማኝ ኃይሎች ጥቃቱን እንደፈጸሙ ይከሳሉ።

በአገር መከላከያ ሠራዊት ሰሜን ዕዝ ላይ ተፈጸመ የተባለውን ጥቃት ተከትሎ ለወራት በውዝግብ ውስጥ የቆዩት የፌደራል መንግሥት እና የትግራይ ክልል አስተዳደር ጥቅምት 24/2013 ዓ.ም ወደ ግልጽ ጦርነት መግባታቸው ይታወሳል

በአሁኑ ሰዓት ወደ ጦርነት የተሸጋገረው በፌደራል መንግሥቱና በትግራይ ክልል መስተዳደር በኩል የነበረው ቅራኔ እየተባባሰ የመጣው ባለፈው ዓመት ሊካሄድ የታቀደው ምርጫ በኮሮናቫይረስ ስጋት ምክንያት እንደማይካሄድ ከታወቀ በኋላ በትግራይ የተናጠል ምርጫ በመደረጉ ሳቢያ ነው።

በማይካድራ ከተማ የተፈጸመውን ግድያ በተመለከተ የፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች ያወጡትን መግለጫ ተከትሎ የትግራይ ክልል ባለስልጣናት በድርጊቱ የህወሓት ኃይሎች እጃቸው አለመኖሩን ገልፀው ነበር።

"በርካታ ቁጥር ያላቸውና እየተካሄደ ካለው ወታደራዊ ጥቃት ጋር ምንም አይነት ግንኙነት የሌላቸው ሰላማዊ ሰዎች ላይ ግድያ መፈጸሙን አረጋግጠናል። በትግራይ ውስጥ ያለው የግንኙነት ዘዴ ዝግ በመሆኑ የዚህ አሰቃቂ ድርጊት ትክክለኛ መጠን በጊዜ ሂደት የሚታወቅ ይሆናል" ሲሉ የአምነስቲ ኢንተርናሽናል የምሥራቅና ደቡብ አፍሪካ ዳይሬክትር የሆኑት ዴፕሮስ ሙቼና ተናግረዋል።

አምነስቲ ኢንትርናሽናል በማይካድራ ስለተፈጸመው ነገር ለማረጋገጥ ከጥቃቱ በኋላ ወደስፍራው የሄዱ እማኞችን ያነጋገረ ሲሆን በከተማዋ ውስጥ በየቦታው የወደቁ አስከሬኖችንና ከጥቃቱ ቆስለው የተረፉ ሰዎችን እንደተመለከቱ ተናግረዋል።

አብዛኞቹ አስከሬኖችም የተገኙት በከተማዋ ማዕከላዊ ክፍል ውስጥ የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በሚገኝበት አካባቢና በአቅራቢያ ወደ ምትገኝ የሁመራ ከተማ የሚያመራውን መንገድ ተከትሎ መሆኑን የአይን እማኞችና የተገኙት ምስሎች አመልክተዋል።

አምነስቲ ኢንትርናሽናል በመግለጫው ላይ ግድያውን ማን እንደፈጸመው ለማረጋገጥ ባይችልም፤ ያነጋገራቸው የአይን እማኞች ግን በፌደራሉ ሠራዊት ሽንፈት የገጠማቸው "ለህወሓት ታማኝ የሆኑ ኃይሎች ለግድያው ተጠያቂ እንደሆኑ ይናገራሉ" ብሏል።

"የኢትዮጵያ ባለስልጣናት ይህንን ግልጽ በሰላማዊ ሰዎች ላይ የተፈጸመውን ጥቃት በጥልቀት፣ በገለልተኝነትና በግልጽ መርምረው ተጠያቂዎቹን ለፍርድ ማቅረብ አለባቸው" ሲሉ የአምነስቲ ዳይሬክተር ዲፕሮስ ሙቼና ጠይቀዋል።

ጨምረውም "የህወሓት ባለስልጣናትና አዛዦችም በስራቸው ላሉ ኃይሎች በሰላማዊ ሰዎች ላይ ሆን ተብሎ የሚፈጸም ጥቃት ተቀባይነት የሌለውና የጦር ወንጀል መሆኑን ግልጽ ማድረግ አለባቸው። በግጭቱ ተሳታፊ የሆኑ ሁሉም ወገኖች በሚያካሂዱት ዘመቻ ዓለም አቀፍ ሕግጋትን ማክበር ይጠበቅባቸዋል። የሰላማዊ ሰዎች ደኅንነትና ጥበቃ ቀዳሚ ጉዳይ መሆን አለበት" ብለዋል።

ከሳምንት በፊት ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐብይ አህመድ በትግራይ ውስጥ በሚገኘው የአገሪቱ ሠራዊት ላይ ጥቃት መፈጸሙን በመግለጽ ወታደራዊ እርምጃ እንዲወሰድ ትዕዛዝ ከሰጡ በኋላ በተለያዩ የትግራይ 

 Amnesty International says it has received evidence of a deadly attack in Tigray State on Monday night.

 Hundreds of people were brutally killed in the attack in the northwestern Ethiopian town of Maikadra, according to the human rights group.

 The company said it was able to verify the recent location and location of Maikadra by examining horrific photographs and videos of dead bodies from the city of Maikadra.

 He also mentioned that the victims were civilians, not fighters.  He said he could not confirm who committed the murder.  However, witnesses he spoke to accused TPLF loyalists fighting the federal government forces of carrying out the attack.

 The federal government and the Tigray regional administration, which have been at loggerheads for months following the alleged attack on the Defense Forces North, entered into open war on October  13

 The conflict between the federal government and the Tigray regional government has escalated into a full-fledged election in Tigray after it was determined that last year's election would not be held due to the threat of coronavirus.

 Following statements by political parties regarding the killings in Maikadra, Tigray regional officials denied involvement of TPLF forces.

 "We have confirmed the killing of a large number of civilians who have nothing to do with the ongoing military offensive. The exact extent of this atrocity will be known over time in Tigray," said Deepros Muchena, director of Amnesty International's East and South Africa.

 Amnesty International spoke to witnesses who visited the site after the attack and said they had seen bodies lying everywhere in the city and survivors of the attack.

 According to eyewitnesses and photographs, most of the bodies were found near the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia in the central part of the city and on the way to the nearby town of Humera.

 Amnesty International is unable to confirm the perpetrators of the killings in a statement.  Eyewitnesses he spoke to said that "forces loyal to the TPLF, which was defeated by the federal army, were responsible for the killings."

 It was heard that Dr. Debretsion called for an end to the war and for negotiations to take place

 "Ethiopian authorities must investigate this blatant attack on civilians in an in-depth, impartial and transparent manner and bring those responsible to justice," Amnesty International's director Dipros Muchena said.

 "TPLF officials and commanders must make it clear that intentional attacks on civilians by their forces are unacceptable and a war crime. All parties to the conflict must abide by international law in their campaigns. The safety and security of civilians must be paramount," he said.

 One week ago, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed announced an attack on the country's army in Tigray and ordered military action.

ጄኔራል መኮንኖቹ በሀገር ክህደት እና ሕገ-መንግሥታዊ ሥርዓቱን በመናድ ወንጀል የተጠረጠሩ መሆናቸው ተገልጿል። 

የፌዴራል ፖሊስ ኮሚሽን የወንጀል ምርመራ ቢሮ  በእነ ሜ/ጄ ገብረመድህን ፍቃዱ (ወዲ ነጮ) መዝገብ የሚጠሩ 7ቱን ተጠርጣሪዎች ለፌዴራል የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት አራዳ ምድብ አንደኛ ወንጀል ችሎት አቅርቧል። 

የወንጀል ምርመራ ቢሮው ተጠርጣሪዎቹ ጥቅምት 24 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም መቐለ ለሚገኘው የማፊያው ሕወሓት ቡድን አመራሮች መረጃ በመስጠት እና ተልዕኮ በመቀበል የሬዲዮ መገናኛውን በመጥለፍ ሠራዊቱ እርስ በእርሱ እንዳይገናኝ በማድረግ ሀገር የማፍረስ ወንጀል ሠርተዋል በሚል ጠርጥሯቸዋል። 

እንደ ምርመራ መዝገቡ ተጠርጣሪዎቹ ይህንን ድርጊት በመፈፀማቸው በርካታ የመከላከያ ሠራዊት አባላት ለኅልፈት እና ለአካል ጉዳት ተዳርገዋል እንዲሁም ከባድ የንብረት ውድመት ደርሷል። 

በእነዚህ እና በሌሎች ተያያዥ ወንጀሎች ፖሊስ የ14 ቀናት ተጨማሪ የምርመራ ጊዜ ጠይቋል። 

ተጠርጣሪዎቹ የተጠቀሰውን ወንጀል አልፈፀምንም ሲሉ ተከራክረዋል። 

ግራ ቀኙን የመረመረው ፍርድ ቤቱ የወንጀሉን ውስብስብነት እና ክብደት እንዲሁም በሀገር ደህንነት ላይ ከፍተኛ ጉዳት የሚያደርስ መሆኑን ከግምት በማስገባት ፖሊስ የጠየቀውን የ14 ቀናት ተጨማሪ ጊዜ ፈቅዷል። 

የምርመራ ውጤቱን ለመጠባበቅም ለኅዳር 17 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም ተለዋጭ ቀጠሮ ሰጥቷል።

 Seven generals accused of hacking a North Eastern radio station have appeared in court

 The Federal Police Commission (FPC) has arraigned seven general officers on suspicion of plotting to assassinate a member of the TPLF in June.

 The generals are suspected of treason and violating the constitutional order.

 The Federal Police Commission's Criminal Investigation Bureau has summoned the seven suspects in the case of M / J Gebremedhin Fekadu (Wedi Necho) to the Arada Division I Criminal Court of the Federal Court of First Instance.

 On October 24, 2013, the Bureau of Investigation (FBI) suspected that the suspects had committed a crime of subversion by providing information and commissioning to the Mafia TPLF leaders in Mekelle, intercepting a radio station and disconnecting the army.

 According to the investigation, several members of the Defense Forces were killed and maimed, and property was severely damaged.

 Police have requested an additional 14 days of investigation into these and other related crimes.

 The suspects pleaded not guilty to the charges.

 Considering the complexity and severity of the crime and the serious damage to national security, the court granted the police an additional 14 days.

 He has rescheduled the hearing for November 17, 2013.
