 አምስቱ የዓለም ኃያላን አገራት የኒውክሌር ጦርነትን ላለማድረግና ለመከላከል የሚያስችል አዲስ ስምምነት ማድረጋቸው ተነገረ።

 አምስቱ የዓለም የኒውክሌር ሃይሎች ቻይና ፣ ፈረንሳይ ፣ ሩሲያ ፣ ብሪታንያ እና አሜሪካ ሰኞ እለት በሰጡት የጋራ መግለጫ የኒውክሌር ጦርነትን ለመከላከል እና የጦር መሳሪያ ውድድርን ለማስወገድ ቃል መግባታቸውን ገልጸዋል።

 የኒውክሌር ጦር መሳሪያ መስፋፋትን ለመከላከል ቃል የገቡት እነዚህ የዓለም ኃያላን መንግሥታት የኒውክሌር ጦርነትን ማሸነፍ እንደማይቻል እና ፈጽሞ መዋጋት እንደሌለበት አረጋግጠናል ሲሉም በመግለጫቸው አክለዋል።

 አምስቱ ፈራሚ ሀገራት የሁለትዮሽ እና የባለብዙ ወገን የኒውክሌር ሃይል ያለመስፋፋት ስምምነትን ፣ ትጥቅ የማስፈታት እና የጦር መሳሪያ ቁጥጥር አለም አቀፍ ስምምነቶችን አክብረው እንደሚቀጥሉም አስታውቀዋል።

 ፒ አምስት በመባል የሚታወቁት አምስቱ የኒውክሌር መንግስታት በአለም ላይ የአቶሚክ መሳሪያ ያላቸው ብቸኛ ሀገራት አይደሉም።

 ህንድ እና ፓኪስታን ሁለቱም የያዙ ሲሆን እስራኤል የኒውክሌር ጦር መሳሪያ እንዳላት በሰፊው ይታመናል።

 ከዚህ ባለፈም ሰሜን ኮሪያ በርካታ የኒውክሌር መሳሪያዎችን እንደሞከረች ይነገራል።

 በትናትናው ዕለት ይፋ የተደረገው የጋራ መግለጫ ለ 10 ኛ ጊዜ ሊካሄድ ከነበረው የኒውክሌር ጦር መሣሪያዎችን ያለመስፋፋት ስምምነት ግምገማ በፊት ቀደሞ የተደረገ ሲሆን ይህም በዚህ ወር በኒውዮርክ በሚገኘው የተባበሩት መንግስታት ድርጅት ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት ሊካሄድ ታቅዶ እንደነበረ አርቲ ዘግቧል።

 The five world powers are said to have reached a new treaty on nuclear non-proliferation.

 The five world nuclear powers, China, France, Russia, Britain and the United States, said in a joint statement on Monday that they were committed to "preventing nuclear war and eliminating arms race."

 "These superpowers, which have pledged to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons, have proved that nuclear war cannot be won and will never be fought," he said in a statement.

 The five signatory countries will continue to abide by the bilateral and multilateral nuclear non-proliferation treaties, disarmament and arms control agreements.

የክልሉ መንግስትና በዞኑ የተቋቋመው ኮማንድ ፖስት ያቀረቡትን የሠላም ጥሪ በመቀበል በዳንጉር ወረዳ በርካታ የጉሙዝ ማህበረሰብ ክፍሎች በተዘጋጀላቸው የወረዳ ማዕከል እየገቡ መሆኑም ተገልጿል፡፡

በዛሬው እለትም 2 የታጠቁ እና ሌሎች 6 የሽፍታ አባላትን ጨምሮ 95 የጉሙዝ ማህበረሰብ ክፍሎች ወደ ወረዳ ማዕከል ገብተዋል ተብሏል፡፡

በመካከላችን በነበረው ጥርጣሬና አለመተማመን ምክንያት የተፈጠረው የፀጥታ ችግር ሁላችንንም ዋጋ አስከፍሎናል ብለዋል አቶ መሰረት ፡፡ 

በተሳሳተ መንገድ እርስ በእርስ የምናደርገው ግጭትና ጦርነት ኪሳራ እንጂ ትርፍ የሌለው በመሆኑ፣ የመንግስትን የሠላም ጥሪ መቀበላቸው አግባብና ትክክለኛ ውሳኔ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል፡፡

ህዝቡ በተሳሳተ አሉ ባልታ ወሬ በመስጋት ለመግባት እየፈራ መሆኑን ገልፀው፣ መንግስት የሠላም ጥሪ የጊዜ ገደቡን በማራዘም ንፁሀን ዜጎች የከፋ ጉዳት እንዳይደርስባቸው ሊሰራ ይገባል ብለዋል አቶ መሰረት፡፡ 

በዳንጉር ወረዳ እስካሁን 249 የጉምዝ ማህበረሰብ ክፍሎች የሠላም ጥሪውን ተቀብለው ወደ ወረዳ ማዕከል ማግባታቸውን ዘገባው አመላክቷል ሲል የቤኒሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ክልላዊ መንግስት ኮሙኒኬሽን ጉዳዮች ጽ/ቤት ዘግቧል ፡፡

    ታህሣስ 26/ 1985 ዓም የአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርስቲ ተማሪዎች፣ የተባበሩት መንግስታት ድርጅት የኤርትራን መገንጠል እውን የሚያደርገውን "ሪፈረንደም" የሚታዘቡ ልዑካንን መላኩ ‘ ጣልቃ ገብነትና የሪፈረንደሙም ሂደት የኢትዮዽያ ህዝብን ከወሳኝነት ያገለለ’ መሆኑን ፣ አዲስ አበባ ለጉብኝት ይገኙ ለነበሩት የወቅቱ የተባበሩት መንግስታት ድርጅት ዋና ፀሀፊ ቡትሮስ ቡትሮስ ጋሊ ተቃውሞአቸውን ለማሰማት ያካሄዱት በአጭር የተቀጨ ሰላ

ማዊ ሰልፍ፣ ሩብ ክፍለ ዘመን ሆነው – 25 ዓመታት።

   የተባበሩት መንግስታት ድርጅት ዋና ፀሀፊ አዲስ አበባ እንደሚገቡ በመገናኛ ብዙሃን  ከተነገረበት ታህሳስ 24/ 1985 ምሽትና  በቀጣዩ ቀን ባካሄዱት ስብሰባ ነበር ሰላማዊና ሁከት ያልተመላበት ተቃውሞ ለዋና ፀሀፊው ለማሰማት የወሰኑት። 

      ይሁን እንጂ፣ በውሳኔያቸው መሰረት ሰኞ ታህሳስ 26/1985  ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ቢወጡም ዋና ፀሀፊው ዘንድ ሳይደርሱ ገና ከዩኒቨርስቲው ቅጥር ግቢ እንደወጡ ነበር የፀጥታ ሀይሎች (ታጣቂዎች) በወሰዱት የኃይል እርምጃ ሰልፉ የተበተነው። በወቅቱ የሰልፉን ሂደትና የመንግስትን እርምጃ እንደ ዘገቡት የነፃ ፕሬሶችና ኢሰመጉ ሪፖርት፣ ዓይነ ስውራንና ሴቶች ተማሪዎችን ጨምሮ ብዙዎች ተገድለዋል። ቆስለዋልም። የፀጥታ ኃይሎቹ ሰልፉን ለመበተን የተጠቀሙባቸው መሳሪያዎች ጥይት፣ ዱላና ጩቤ መሆኑን አክለው ገልፀዋል።

    መንግስትና መንግስታዊ ሚዲያዎች በበኩላቸው፣ ሰላማዊ ሰልፉ ህገ ወጥና ፈቃድ ያልተሰጠው መሆኑን፣ እንዲሁም ሰልፉን ለመበተን በተወሰደው እርምጃም ተስፋሁን ወርቁ የተባለ  አንድ ተማሪ መገደሉንና ጥቂቶችም መቁሰላቸውን አሳውቋል። ይሁን እንጂ ይህን የመንግስት መግለጫና ጉዳቱን የገለፀበት አኃዛዊ መረጃ፣ ኢሰመጉና ሌሎች የውጭ የሰብዓዊ መብት ተሟጋች ድርጅቶች፣ የዩኒቨርስቲው ተማሪዎችና የነፃው ፕሬስ፣ እውነታውን ያደበሰበሰ ነው ሲሉ ክፉኛ ነበር የተቹት።

    በተቃውሞውና ተቃውሞውን ተከትሎ በደረሰው ጥፋት ዙሪያም በወቅቱ የአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርስቲ የተማሪዎች ካውንስል ፕሬዝዳንት የነበረው ጋሻው ካሤ እና ሌሎች የካውንስሉ አመራሮች፣ ከምሁራን ደግሞ ፕሮፌሰር መስፍን ወልደማርያም፣ ዶ/ር በፈቃዱ ደግፌ፣ ዶ/ር መኮንን ቢሻው፣ ዶ/ር እሸቱ ጮሌና ሌሎችም በተለያዩ የግሉ ፕሬስ የህትመት ውጤቶች በቃለ–ምልልስ መልክ ሰፊ አስተያየቶችን ሰጥተውበት ነበር። ቆስለው ሆስፒታል የተኙና በተቃውሞው ተሳታፊ የነበሩትም ምስክርነታቸውን ሰጥተዋል። እናም የወቅቱ ኹነት ምን ይመስል እንደነበር በሰፊው ለመረዳት ያስችላችሁ ዘንድ እነዚህን መፅሄቶች ፈላልጋችሁ ታነቧቸው ዘንድ እጋብዛችኋለሁ። እግረ መንገዳችሁንም የዚያን ጊዜ ተማሪዎች የተቃውሞ መንፈስና የዘንድሮውን አነፃፅራችሁ ትገመግሙበታላችሁ።

   በበኩሌ የተገነዘብኩት ነገር ቢኖር የያኔዎቹ ተማሪዎች ከሁሉም ብሔሮችና ሃይማኖቶች የተውጣጡ ቢሆኑም እንደ አሁኖቹ በገዛ ወንድሞቻቸው ላይ የሚዘምቱና እርስ በርሳቸው ተሻምቀው የሚገዳደሉ አልነበሩም። ስለ ሀገር ተቆርቁረው፣ ለሀገር የሚሞቱ እንጂ። ክብር ለነርሱ ይሁን !!!

ፍርድ ቤቱ ሰው የማገት ወንጀል የፈጸሙ ሶስት ወንድማማቾችን በ18 ዓመት ጽኑ እስራት ቀጣ

የምዕራብ ጎንደር ዞን ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት ሰው የማገት ወንጀል ፈጽመዋል ያላቸውን ሶስት ወንድማማቾች እያንዳንዳቸውን በ18 ዓመት ጽኑ እስራት ቀጣ።

የፍርድ ቤቱ የህዝብ ግንኙነት ባለሙያ አቶ አበበ ማስሬ ለኢዜአ እንደገለጹት ወንድማማቾቹ በተከሰሱበት ወንጀል ጥፋተኝነታቸው በማስረጃ በመረጋገጡ የቅጣት ውሳኔ ተላልፎባቸዋል።

“ወንድማማቾቹ በመተማ ወረዳ ህዳር 30 ቀን 2014 ዓም በግምት ምሽት 4 ሰዓት ላይ የማሽላ ምርት ወቅተው አውድማ በመጠበቅ ላይ የነበሩ የ14 ዓመት ታዳጊ ህፃንና አንድ ሌላ ግለሰብ ላይ የእገታ ወንጀል በመፈጸማቸው ቅጣት ተላልፎባቸዋል” ብለዋል።

ለጊዜው ካልተያዙ ግብረ አበሮቻቸው ጋር በመሆን ወንጀሉን የፈፀሙት 1ኛ ተከሳሽ መልኬ መካሻው የጦር መሳሪያ በመያዝ፣ 2ኛ ነጋ መካሻውና 3ኛ ተከሳሽ ታከለ መካሻው የተባሉ ወንድማማቾች መሆናቸውን ጠቅሰዋል።

ግለሰቦቹ ተበዳዮችን እጃቸውን አስረው በጫካ በማቆየትና ለጊዜው 50 ሺህ ብር ከቤተሰቦቻቸው ተቀብለው ለሌላ አጋቾች አሳልፈው መስጠታቸው መረጋገጡን ገልፀዋል።

ከታዳጊ ህፃኑ ጋር የታገተው ግለሰብ ከ3 ቀን ቆይታ በኋላ ታህሳስ 3 ቀን 2014 ዓም በግምት ከሌሊቱ 8:00 ሾልኮ በማምለጥ እራሱን ማዳን እንደቻለ ተናግረዋል።

አጋቾቹ ታዳጊ ህፃኑን ደብቀው ከማሰቃየታቸው በላይ በድጋሜ ከቤተሰቦቹ 160 ሺህ ብር ተቀብለው እንደለቀቁት ማስረጃ መረጋገጡን አብራርተዋል።

ወንድማማቾቹ ወንጀሉን ከፈፀሙ በኋላ ለጊዜው ከአካባቢው ቢሰወሩም ፖሊስ ባደረገባቸው ክትትል ታህሳስ 9 ቀን 2014 ዓ.ም በቁጥጥር ስር ውለው ክስ እንደተመሰረተባቸው ባለሙያው አስረድተዋል።

“አቃቢ ህግ በሰውና በሰነድ ማስረጃ በማስደገፍ በወንድማማቾች ላይ የመሰረተውን ክስ የተመለከተው የዞኑ ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት የወንጀል መቅጫ 1995/590 ሐ ተላልፈው በመገኘታቸው ጥፋተኝነታቸውን አረጓግጧል” ብለዋል።

ፍርድ ቤቱ ዛሬ ባስቻለው ችሎት ጥፋተኛ ባላቸው ሶስት ወንድማማቾች ላይ እያንዳንዳቸውን በ18 ዓመት ፅኑ እስራት እንዲቀጡ ውሳኔ ማሳለፉን ባለሙያው አስታውቀዋል።

እንደ ባለሙያው ገለጻ ፍርድ ቤቱ  በወንጀሉ ተሳትፈዋል የተባሉ ሌሎች ተጠርጣሪዎች ተይዘው ለህግ እንዲቀርቡ ለፖሊስ ትዕዛዝ ሰጥቷል።

 The court's public relations expert, Abebe Masre, told ENA that the brothers had been convicted of the charges.

 "The brothers were fined for kidnapping a 14-year-old boy and another person who were waiting for a threshing floor during a sorghum harvest on November 30, 2014 in Metema Woreda," he said.

 He said the first defendant, Melke Mekashaw, and Nega Mekashaw, and the third defendant, Takele Mekashaw, were armed with their accomplices.

 He asserted that his confession had been obtained through torture and that his confession had been obtained through torture.

 The hostage-taker managed to escape by escaping around 8:00 pm on December 3, 2014, after a three-day stay.

 He explained that the abductors not only tortured the child but also took 160,000 birr from his family and released him.

 The brothers disappeared from the area after committing the crime, but were arrested and charged on December 9, 2014, according to the expert.

 "The zonal high court, which heard the prosecution's case against the brothers on the basis of human and documentary evidence, found them guilty of violating the 1995/590C Criminal Code," he said.

 The court sentenced three brothers to 18 years in prison each, the expert said.

 According to the expert, the court ordered the arrest of the other suspects in connection with the crime and brought them to justice.

ኦቢኤን ያነጋገርናቸዉ ዳያስፖራዎችም የአረንጓዴ አሻራ መርሃግብሩ ተሳታፊ በመሆናችን ተደስተናል ብለዋል። 

የፓርኩን ምረቃ ምክንያት በማድረግ ከ4 ሺህ በላይ ችግኞች በዳያስፖራዎቹ ተተክለዋል።

መርሀ ግብሩ በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ በተዘጋጀው የዳያስፖራ ፓርክ ውስጥ እየተካሄደ ሲሆን በከንቲባ አዳነች አበቤ መሪነት በርካታ የዳያስፖራ አባላት የአረንጓዴ አሻራ የችግኝ ተከላ እያካሄዱ ይገኛሉ።

ከንቲባዋ በመርሀ ግብሩ መክፈቻ ባስተላለፉት መልዕክትም፤  በውጭው ዓለም ኢትዮጵያ ጫና ሲደርስባት ዳያስፖራው አቅሙን ሳይሰስት ትግል ሲያደርግ መቆየቱን ጠቅሰዋል።

ትውልድ እንዲማርና ወቅቱን እንዲያስብ እንዲሁም አካባቢን ለማልማት ለዳያስፖራው መታሠቢያ ይሆን ዘንድ ከተማ አስተዳደሩ የዳያስፖራ ፓርክ ማዘጋጀቱን ተናግረዋል። 

ይህ መታሠቢያ ትርጉሙ ከአረንጓዴ ልማት በላይ ነው። የዳያስፖራው የአረንጓዴ አሻራ ተሳትፎም እንደሚበረታታ እንደሆነ ገልጸዋል።

በመርሀ ግብሩ ተሳትፎ ያደረጉ ዳያስፖራዎች የእናት አገር ጥሪን ተቀብለው አሻራ ለማኖር መብቃታቸው ልዩ ስሜት እንደፈጠረባቸው ገልጸዋል። 

በቀጣይም መሰል ተሳትፎዎችን በማጉላት አገርን በሁሉም መስክ ለመደገፍ ዝግጁ መሆናቸውን አስታውቀዋል ሲል ኢ ፕ ድ ዘግቧል።

በሁለቱም ከተሞች ሙሉ ለሙሉ በሚባል ሁኔታ መደበኛ ትምህርት ተጀምሯል።

የሀይቅ ከተማ ከፍተኛ ሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት ርዕሰ መምህር ያሬድ ጌታቸው በአሸባሪው ህውሓት ወረራ ምክንያት ሁለት ወር ከ15 ቀን በኃላ በድጋሜ ትምህርት መጀመሩን ገልፀዋል።

ትምህርት ቤቶቹም ባለው ግብዕት መደበኛ የመማር ማስተማር ሂደትን እያስቀጠሉ እንደሚገኙም ተናግረዋል።

ከ70% በላይ የሚሆኑ ተማሪዎችም በትምህርት ቤቶች ተገኝተው ትምህርታቸውን እየተከታተሉ እንደሚገኙ ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ያገኘነው መረጃ ያመለክታል።

 Education that had been suspended for more than two months in the towns of Dessie and Lake Wollo, South Wollo Zone, has resumed.

 Almost all formal education has begun in both cities.

 Jared Getachew, principal of Lake City High School, said he had resumed school two months and 15 days after the terrorist attack.
