በላልይበላ ከተማ የሚከበረዉ የገና በዓል እንደሀገር በኮረና ወረርሽንና በፀጥታ ችግር ተቀዛቅዞ የነበረዉን የቱሪዝም ዘርፍ ልማት እንቅስቃሴ እንደሚያነቃቃው ሚኒስትሯ ገልጸዋል፡፡
በክብረበዓሉ ላይ የፌደራልና የክልል ከፍተኛ የመንግስት የስራ ኃላፊዎች፣ ብጹዓን ሊቃነ ጳጳሳት፣ የሀገሪቱን ጥሪ ተቀብለው የመጡ የዳያስፖራ አባላት፣ተፅዕኖ ፈጣሪ ግለሰቦችና የመገናኛ ብዙሃን ይታደማሉ ተብሎ ይጠበቃል፡፡

This year's Christmas will be celebrated nationally in Lalibela, according to the Ministry of Tourism.
The ministry has completed the preparations in collaboration with the Amhara Regional State Government, the Amhara Regional State Tourism Bureau and the Debre Roha St. Lalibela Administration to celebrate the occasion, Prime Minister Ambassador Nassie Chali said in a press statement.
She said the Christmas celebration in Lalibela will revive the tourism sector, which has been stagnant due to the epidemic and insecurity in the country.
The event is expected to be attended by senior federal and state government officials, His Holiness the Pope, members of the Diaspora who have accepted the invitation, and influential individuals and the media.
