የኢፕድ ምንጮች እንደገለፁት ዛሬ ከመቀሌ ወደ አዲስ አበባ ሲጓዝ በነበረ ተሽከርካሪ ላይ 23 ካርቶን ፈንጅ ተይዟል:: ፈንጅው የተያዘው ወልዲያ ባለ ጉሙሩክ ኬላ በተደረገ ፍተሻ  ሲሆን አንዱ ካርቶን 9 ፈንጅ የያዘ መሆኑም  ታውቋል። አሽከርካሪው በፓሊስ ቁጥጥር ስር መሆኑን ምንጫችን አረጋግጧል።

 According to Ethiopian News Agency  sources, 23 cartons of explosives were seized from a vehicle traveling from Mekelle to Addis Ababa today.  The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a Woldiya customs checkpoint.  Our source confirmed that the driver was in police custody.
