More than 42 million birr assistance has been provided to IDPs in Afar State

በአፋር ክልል ለተፈናቀሉ ወገኖች ከ42 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ የሚያወጣ  ድጋፍ ተደረገ

በአፋር ክልል ለተፈናቀሉ ወገኖች ከ42 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ የሚያወጣ የእለት ደራሽ ድጋፍ ተደረገ፡፡

በሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ባለስልጣን አስተባባሪነት የሰዎች ለሰዎች ድርጅት 40 ሚሊዮን ብር እንዲሁም አፍሪካን ቻይልድ ፖሊሲ ፎረም 2 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ የሚገመት የአይነት ድጋፍ አድርገዋል።

ድጋፉ በክልሉ የሚገኙ ከ40 ሺህ በላይ ተፈናቃዮችን ለአንድ ወር ተጠቃሚ የሚያደርግ እንደሆነ ተገልጿል።

የሰዎች ለሰዎች ድርጅት የኢትዮጵያ ተጠሪ አቶ ይልማ ታዬ ድጋፉን ለክልሉ ርዕሰ መስተዳድር ተወካይ አቶ አሊ ሁሴን አስረክበዋል፡፡

አቶ ይልማ በርክክቡ ወቅት እንደገለጹት ድርጅቱ ተደራሽ በሆኑ አካባቢዎች ሁሉ የእለት ደራሽ ድጋፍና የመልሶ ማቋቋም ስራዎቹን አጠናክሮ ይቀጥላል።

የድርጅቱ የበጎ ፈቃድ አምባሳደር አትሌት ሻለቃ ኃይሌ ገብረስላሴ በበኩሉ እንዳለው፤ ድርጅቱ በአፋር ክልል ለተፈናቀሉ ወገኖች ያደረገው ድጋፍ ለወገን አለኝታነቱን ያሳየ ነው ብሏል፡፡

ተፈናቃዮችን መደገፍ የሁሉም ህብረተሰብ ኃላፊነት እንደሆነም አትሌቱ ገልጿል።

More than 42 million birr assistance has been provided to IDPs in Afar State

 More than 42 million birr daily assistance was provided to IDPs in Afar State.

 Under the coordination of the Civil Society Organizations Authority, the people donated 40 million birr and the African Child Policy Forum donated over 2 million birr.

 The aid will benefit more than 40,000 IDPs in the region for one month.

 Yilma Taye, Ethiopian Representative to the People's Organization for Human Rights, handed over the support to Ali Hussein, Deputy Chief of the Regional State.

 During the handover, Yilma said the organization will continue to strengthen its day-to-day support and rehabilitation activities in all accessible areas.

 Athlete Major Haile Gebreselassie, the organization's volunteer ambassador, said:  He said the organization's support for the displaced in the Afar region is a testament to its resilience.

 "Supporting the displaced is the responsibility of the whole community," he said.
