Uwakilishi sio mzaha.
Kabla ya kumteua mtu kuwakilisha, lazima ufikirie kwa makini jinsi mwakilishi anavyoweza kuaminika, muda na uchu gani ana nayo, na muhimu zaidi, kwa nini na aina gani ya hati ya uwakilishi unampa.

Iwe ni hati ya uwakilishi au hati nyingine, zinaandaliwa kukubalika katika taasisi muhimu ulimwenguni kote kama vile ofisi za serikali, mahakama, uhamiaji, kampuni za ndege, balozi, benki, shule, taasisi za elimu, vyuo vikuu, mitaa, miji midogo, mikoa, usimamizi, mawasiliano, ofisi za pensheni, ofisi za mambo ya wanawake, Wizara ya Mambo ya Nje, usimamizi wa ardhi, na maeneo muhimu kama hayo.
Lengo letu
ni kukufanya umalize jambo lako kwa wakati. Hii inamaanisha kuhakikisha kuwa hati ya uwakilishi unayohitaji inafikia lengo lake kuu na inakuzuia kupoteza wakati wako, pesa yako, na kuingia katika matatizo yasiyo ya lazima. Wakati mwingine, kwa sababu ya ukosefu wa ujuzi, wateja wengine wanafikiri kuandaa hati ya uwakilishi ni kunakili tu hati ya mtu mwingine neno kwa neno, kubadilisha anwani tu. Kisha wanaunda hati ya uwakilishi pana sana au nyembamba sana, wakipoteza wakati wao, maisha na pesa, au za wengine, jambo ambalo ni la kawaida kuona.
Leo, huku watu/wateja wetu wameenea kwenye pembe nne za dunia, tunafurahi sana kuwa wa kwanza kufungua fursa hii kufanya huduma hii ipatikane na kuwa na nafasi ya kuitoa.
Usiwaruhusu wengine kufanya maamuzi kuhusu pesa yako au mali yako kwa kuwapa mamlaka kupita kiasi au yenye mipaka. Tunasema hii si kukutisha, lakini kukukumbusha mapema. Hati ya uwakilishi sio fomu ya kujaza tu. Ni hati ya kisheria inayozidi kina kulingana na hali.
Unapokuja kwetu kuandaa hati ya uwakilishi au unapotupigia simu, kwanza tunauliza maswali mengi. Kisha, kwa kuzingatia unachotaka, tunaandaa kiolezo cha hati ya uwakilishi ambacho kinakamilisha kitendo unachofikiria. Baada ya hapo, tunakuongoza hatua kwa hatua juu ya kila kinachohitajika ili hati ya uwakilishi iwe halali kabisa.
Mbinu yetu au mchakato wa jumla ni mrefu kidogo.

Jambo muhimu zaidi unahitaji kujua ni kwamba hati yako ya uwakilishi haijaandaliwa takribani. Hiyo pia inamaanisha kuwa hatutii hati yako kama zoezi tu. Tuna uzoefu wa kazi zaidi ya miaka 25, na kwa kuwa tumeandaa hati nyingi za uwakilishi, tunajua haswa kwa nini na jinsi zinavyofanya kazi.
Mifano ya mambo ambayo wateja wetu wamekamilisha kwa kutumia kazi yetu:
Yaliyo hapo juu ni mifano tu. Tunaandaa hati ya uwakilishi inayokamilisha jambo unalofikiria kwa njia unayotaka. Mchakato mkuu na mkubwa zaidi, hata hivyo, sio tu yaliyomo kwenye hati ya uwakilishi inayotayarishwa, bali ni mchakato wa kufanya uwakilishi huo ukubalike nchini Ethiopia au sehemu yoyote ya ulimwengu. Mchakato huu unaweza kufupisha au kuongeza muda unaotakiwa kulingana na hali yako ya uraia na makazi. ይህ ድረ ገፅ የተሰራው ከ25 አመታት በላይ ልምድና በደንበኞችን አስተያዬት ላይ በመመርኮዝ ስለሆነ እባክዎ ጊዜዎን ወስደው የዚህን ድረ ገፅ ዋና አላማ በጥሞና ያንብቡት።
ውክልና ቀልድ አይደለም ።
በቅድሚያ አንድን ሰው ለተወካይነት ከማጨትዎ በፊት እርስዎ ተወካዩ ምን ያክል ታማኝ፣ ጊዜ እና ፍላጎት ያለው እንዲሁም ለምን እና ምን አይነት የውክልና ስልጣን እንደሚሰጡት በቅድሚያ በጥሞና ማሰብ ያስፈልጋል።
በነገራችን ላይ የውክልና ስልጣን መስጠት ሳይሆን የውክልና ስልጣኑን ከሰጡ በኋላ ውክልናውን ከተወካዩ ላይ ማውረዱ ወይም መሻሩ በጣም ከባድ ሂደት ነው። ታዲያ እኛ ለደንበኞቻችን የውክልና ስልጣን መስጫም ሆነ መሻሪያ ሰነድ ማዘጋጀት ያካበትነው ልምድ በጣም ብዙ አመታትን የፈጀ ልምድ ስለሆነ በኛ በኩል የተዘጋጀ የውክልና ማስረጃ ቅመም የሆነ እርስዎን ከብዙ ውጣ ውረድ የሚያድን በጣም የተዋጣለት ፍቱን መድሀኒት ነው።
ስራችን አገር ቤት የራፖር ፀሀፊወች አይነት ወይም ገና ለገና የአማርኛ ታይፕ ማድረግ ሰለቻሉ ብቻ ከኢትዮጵያ ኢምባሲ ወይም ከሌላ ሰው አሮጌ ወይም ናሙና የውክልና ስልጣን ገልብጠው ወይም ለህሉም ስራ እንዲሆን አንድ ወጥ ውክልና (template) የሚጠቀሙ ወይም የአንዱን ከአንዱ አጋጭተው ሌላ ጣጣ ውስጥ ሰውን የሚከቱ አይነት መናኛ ስራ አይደለም።
ስራችን
በአለም አቀፍ የጄኔቫ እና ሄግ ውሎች መሰረት ተመርኩዞ የሚሰራ ሲሆን ውክልናም ሆነ ሌሎች ሰነዶች በአለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ባሉ የመንግስት መስሪያ ቤቶች ፣ ፍርድ ቤቶች፣ ኢሚግሬሽን ፣ አየር መንገዶች፣ ኢምባሲወች፣ ባንኮች፣ ትምህርት ቤቶች፣ የትምህርት ተቋማት፣ ዩንቨርስቲዎች፣ ቀበሌወች፣ ክፍለ ከተሞች፣ ክልሎች፣ አስተዳደሮች፣ ቴሌ ኮሚኒኬሽን፣ የጡረታ መምሪያ፣ የሴቶች ጉዳይ መምሪያ፣ በውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር፣ በመሬት አስተዳደር እና በመሳስሉት ቁልፍ ቦታዎች እንዲሰሩ ሆነው የረቀቁ ሰነዶች ናቸው ::
አላማችን
እርስዎ ያለዎትን ጉዳይ በወቅቱ እንዲያጠናቅቁ ነው።ይህ ማለት የውክልናውን ሰነድ የፈለጉበት ዋናው አላማ ግቡን እንዲመታ እና የእርስዎን ጊዜ፣ ገንዘብ እና ያላተፈለገ እንግልት ውስጥ እንዳይገቡ ማድረግ ነው። አንዳንድ ጊዜ አንዳንድ ደንበኞች ከውቀት ማነስ የተነሳ ውክልና ማዘጋጀት ማለት የወካይና የተወካይ አድራሻን ብቻ ቀይሮ የሌላ ሰው ውክልና ቃል በቃል መገልበጥ ብቻ ይመስላቸውና መጠኑ ልቅ የሆነ ወይም ጠባብ የውክልና ስልጣን ሰርተው የራሳቸውንም ሆነ የሰውን ጊዜ ፣ ሂዎት እና ገንዘብ ሲያባክኑ ማየት የተለመደ ነው።
ዛሬ ወገኖቻችን/ደንበኞቻችን በአራቱም የአለም ማእዘናት ተበታትነው ሰለሚገኙ የዚህ አገልግሎት ተጥቃሚ ለማድረግ ይህንን እድል ስንከፍት የመጀመሪያው ስንሆንን ይህንን አገልግሎት ለመስጠት እድሉን ስናገኝ በጣም ደስተኞች ነን ።
ከልክ ያለፈ ወይም ውስን ውክልና ሰጥተው በገንዘብዎ ወይም በንብረትዎ ላይ እንዳይፈርዱት ። ይህን የምንለው እርስዎን ለማስፈራራት ሳይሆን አስቀድሞ ለማስጠንቀቅ ነው:: የውክልና ስልጣን ማስረጃ የሚሞላ ፎርም አይደለም ። ነገር ግን እንደ እየ ሁኔታው የሚረቅ ህጋዊ ሰነድ ነው：：
እኛ ጋር ውክልና ለማዘጋጀት ሲመጡ ወይም በስልክ ሲደውሉልን መጀመሪያ ብዙ ቃለ መጠይቅ እናቀርብልወታለን ፣ ከዚያ እርስዎ በፈለጉት መሰረት ያሰቡትን ተግባር የሚፈፅም ቅምም የሆነ የውክልና ማስረጃ ሰነድ እናዘጋጃለን ። ከዚያ የውክልና ስልጣኑ ሙሉ በሙሉ ህጋዊ እንዲሆን ምን ምን እንደሚያስፈልግዎ ቅደም ተከተሉን እናስረዳዎታለን ።
አሰራራችን ወይም ጠቅላላ ሂደቱ ትንሽ እረዘም ያለ ነው። ለዚህም በቂ ምክንያት አለን ::
ምክንያታችንም "ሲሮጡ የታጠቁት ሲሮጡ ይፈታል" እንዳይሆን ነው። ታዲያ ችኮላ ጠላታችን ነው ። ከሁሉ ነገር ለኛ የሚያስደስተን ነገር በስራችን ጉዳዩን ያስጨረሰ ደንብኛ ማየት ነው። ታዲያ እኛ ባዘጋጀነው የውክልን ስልጣን ማስረጃ ሰነድ ጉዳያቸውን ያስፈፀሙ ደንበኞቻችን በጣም ብዙ ናቸው። ታላቁ ማወቅ ያለብዎት ቁም ነገር የእርስዎ ውክልና ስልጣን ማስረጃ በግምት አይሰራም። ያ ማለት ደግሞ የእርስዎን ሰነድ ልክ እንደ መለማመጃ አናደርግውም። ያለን የስራ ልምድ ከ 25 ዓመታት በላይ ሲሆን በጣም ብዙ የውክልና ሰነዶችን ሰለሰራን ምን ለምን እንደሚጠቅም ጠንቅቀን እናውቃለን ።የኛን ስራ በመጠቀም ደንበኞቻችን ከፈፀሟቸው ጉዳዮች መካከል ለምሳሌ ፦

ከዚህ በላይ ያሉት ለአብነት ያክል የሚጠቀሱ ሲሆኑ እኛ እርስዎ በፈለጉት መንገድ ያሰቡትን ጉዳይ የሚያሳካ የውክልና ስልጣን እናዘጋጃለን። ዋናውና ትልቁ ሂደት ደግሞ የሚዘጋጀው የውክልና ስልጣን ይዘት ብቻ ሳይሆን ያ ውክልና በኢትዮጵያም ሆነ በማንኛውም የአለም ክፍል ተቀባይነት እንዲኖረው የሚደረገው ሂደት ነው። ይህ ሂደት እርስዎ እንዳለዎት የዜግነት እና የመኖሪያ ፈቃድ ሁኔታ ሂደቱ የሚወስደው ጊዜ ሊያጥርም ሆነ ሊረዝም ይችላል ። ይህ ማለት ለምሳሌ የአሜሪካ ዜግነት ያለው ኢትዮጵያዊና ቀኑ ያልተቃጠለ የኢትዮጵያ ፓስፖርት ያለው ኢትዮጵያዊ ዜጋ ውክልናውን ለማጠናቀቅ የሚወስደው ጊዜ በጣም ይለያያል።
