የትግራይ ብሔራዊ ክልልን በጊዜያዊነት የሚያስተዳድር፤ ለፌዴራል መንግሥቱ ተጠሪ የሆነ ጊዜያዊ አስተዳደር ሊመቋቋም ነው።

የፌዴሬሽን ምክር ቤት በሕገ መንግሥቱ አንቀጽ 62 (9) እና የፌዴራል መንግሥት በክልል ጣልቃ የሚገባበትን ሥርዓት ለመደንገግ በወጣው አዋጅ ቁጥር 359/1995 አንቀፅ 14/2/ለ/ መሠረት የትግራይ ብሔራዊ ክልልን በጊዜያዊነት የሚያስተዳድር፤ ለፌዴራል መንግሥቱ ተጠሪ የሆነ ጊዜያዊ አስተዳደር እንዲቋቋም መወሰኑ ይታወቃል። በዚህ መሠረት የሚኒስትሮች ምክር ቤት “በትግራይ ብሔራዊ ክልል የተቋቋመውን ጊዜያዊ አስተዳደር አስመልክቶ” ተግባራዊ የሚሆን ደንብ አጽድቋል።

Haaluma kanaan Manni Maree Ministirootaa 'Bulchiinsa Yeroo Mootummaa Naannoo Tigiraayitti hundaa'e ilaalchisee' danbii raawwatamu raggaasiseera.

In accordance with the decision of the House of Federation for the establishment of a provisional administration that is accountable to the Federal Government within the Regional State of Tigray pursuant to Article 62(9) of the FDRE Constitution and Article 14(2)(b) of the “Proclamation Governing Intervention of the Federal Government in the Regions”, the Council of Ministers in its meeting has adopted a regulation "Concerning the Provisional Administration of the Tigray National Regional State."
