በቤኒሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ክልል በአስቸኳይ ጊዜ አዋጁ ተጠርጥረው በቁጥጥር ስር ከዋሉት መካከል 146 ግለሰቦች ተፈቱ

በቤኒሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ክልል ከሀገር ኅልውና ማስከበር ኅብረ-ብሔራዊ ዘመቻ ጋር ተያይዞ በአስቸኳይ ጊዜ አዋጁ ከአሸባሪው ቡድን ጋር ግንኙነት አላቸው ተብለው በቁጥጥር ስር ውለው የነበሩ 146 ግለሰቦች የተሀድሶ ሥልጠና ተሰጥቷቸው ተለቀዋል። 

በአስቸኳይ ጊዜ አዋጅ ቁጥር 5/2014 መሠረት የሽብርተኛው ህወሓት እና የሽብር ግብረ-አበሮቹ እንቅስቃሴ ደጋፊ እና ፈጻሚ እንደሆኑ የተጠረጠሩ ግለሰቦች ቁጥጥር ስር መዋላቸው ይታወሳል። 

በክልሉ ውስጥ የሚኖሩ ዜጎች ተከባብረው እየኖሩ ባሉበት በዚህ ወቅት የሀገርንም ሆነ የክልሉን ኅልውና አደጋ ውስጥ ለመክተት የሽብርተኛው ህወሓትን እና የግብረአበሮቹን ዕኩይ ዓላማ መሳካት በንፁሃን ዜጎች ላይ እየፈፀሙ ያሉት ግድያ፣ ዝርፍያ እና ሌሎችም ከፍተኛ ጭካኔ የተሞላባቸው ኢ-ሰብአዊ ጥቃቶች እጅግ አደገኛ ደረጃ ላይ ደርሷል። 

ይህንን ከግምት በማስገባት በታወጀው የአስቸኳይ ጊዜ አዋጅ ተጠርጥረው የተያዙ ሌሌች ተጠርጣሪዎችም በየደረጃው ጉዳያቸው ተጣርቶ ሰላማዊ መሆናቸው ሲረጋገጥ በቀጣይ እንደሚለቀቁ መገለጹን የክልሉ ማስ ሚዲያ ዘግቧል።
