Mugabe Appointed Former Ethiopian President Mengistu Hailemariam to Lead African union.

Presedent Mugabe , the President of Zimbabuwe and The Current  African Union has given a proxy appointment to Ethiopian Former President Mengistu Hailemairl to lead the African Union for the next 2 years. Since Former Ethiopian President Mengistu Hailemariam was banned from entering to the Ethiopian soil and he was convicted to war crime in absentia he will be entering to Addis Ababa as Zimbabwean national under a new name  Moses Mogabe . The African Union and United nation in Addis Ababa have fully  assured to president Mugabe Mr Moses Mogabe will be  safe and secured during his stay in Addis. The Ethiopian government did not give any response neither they he will be allowed or banned Mr. Mengistu from entering to its airspace or soil. But one anonymous highest member of the cabinet commented if Mr Mengistu enters under a new name and new nationality in Ethiopia the court will  reopen the case under his name and all law suits will be active. So far there is no official word from AU and  Ethiopian Government on this case  but the Zimbabwean President threated the AU and Ethiopian government if any one tries to arrest or intermediate any of his citizens he will be forced to move African Union to Harare in few weeks.
