 In a weekly statement, Ambassador Dina Mufti said Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed's telephone conversation with US President Joe Biden was a sign that the spirit of communication was changing.

 Explaining to the President about the law enforcement campaign, Ambassador Dina said the leaders discussed issues related to human rights, humanitarian assistance and the reconstruction of war-torn areas.

 They expressed readiness to change their minds and agreed to work together on common issues.

 He also said that the spirit of political diplomacy is changing.

 According to FBC, Ambassador Dina said the discussion will pave the way for effective communication.

 On the one hand, he said, the success of the campaign to reverse the threat to its existence, on the other hand, the process that has begun to bring about national consensus, has intensified the struggle of Ethiopians and people of Ethiopian descent.

አምባሳደር ዲና ሙፍቲ በሰጡት ሳምንታዊ መግለጫ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አህመድ ከአሜሪካው ፕሬዝዳንት ጆ ባይደን ጋር ያደረጉት የስልክ ውይይት ከዚህ ቀደም የነበረው የግንኙነት መንፈስ እየተቀየረ ስለመሆኑ ማሳያ ነው ብለዋል።

ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ ስለሕግ ማስከበር ዘመቻው ለፕሬዝዳንቱ እንዳብራሩላቸው የገለፁት አምባሳደር ዲና፥ መሪዎቹ በውይይታቸው ከሰብዓዊ መብት አያያዝ፣ ከሰብዓዊ ድጋፍ አቅርቦት እና በጦርነቱ የተጎዱ አካባቢዎችን መልሶ ከማቋቋም ጋር የተያያዙ ጉዳዮችን ማንሳታቸውን ጠቅሰዋል።

ከዚህ ቀደም የተስተዋለውን በጥርጣሬ የተቃኘ አካሄድ ለመለወጥ ለንግግር ዝግጁ መሆናቸውን ማሳየታቸውን እና በጋራ ጉዳዮች ላይ አብረው ለመስራት መስማማታቸውን ገልፀዋል።

በዚህም የፓለቲካ ዲፕሎማሲ ምህዳሩ መንፈስ እየተቀየረ መምጣቱ ታይቷልም ነው ያሉት፡፡

ውይይቱ ግንኙነትን በማጠናከር ረገድም ውጤታማ ስራ እንዲሰራ መንገድ የሚከፍት መሆኑን አምባሳደር ዲና መናገራቸውን ኤፍቢሲ ዘግቧል።

በአንድ በኩል የሕልውና አደጋውን ለመቀልበስ በተደረገው ዘመቻ የተገኘው ድል፣ በሌላ በኩል ብሄራዊ መግባባትን ለማምጣት የተጀመረው ሂደት በኢትዮጵያውያን እና ትውልደ ኢትዮጵያውያን የበረታ ትግል የእስካሁኑ ጫና ትርጉም እንዲያጣ ሆኗል ብለዋል።
