የገና በዓል በድምቀት የሚከበርበት ታሪካዊቷ የላሊበላ ከተማ በዓሉን ለማክበር ከተለያዩ የሀገሪቱ አካባቢዎች ወደ ከተማዋ እየገቡ ያሉ እንግዶቿን መቀበል ጀምራለች። 

የከተማዋ ወጣቶችም የእንግዶችን እግር ከማጠብ ጀምሮ የተለያዩ ዝግጅቶች በማሰናዳት የበዓሉን ታዳሚዎች እየተቀበሉ ነው።
