eam Gwen Stefani contestants Menlik Zergabachew and Troy Ritchie faced off in an awesome battle on Tuesday’s “The Voice.” After a mentoring session with the No Doubt singer and her husband Gavin Rossdale, who served as a special guest adviser, the singers performed “Maneater” by Hall and Oates.
The dual performance was so great that all the coaches showered them with praise, and Stefani had a huge decision to make, as only one could stay on her team. After she eventually chose Ritchie, not one, but two coaches went in for the steal!Adam Levine and Pharrell both wanted the eliminated Ethiopian singer Zergabachew to join his team. Zergabachew ultimately decided to go with Team Pharrell, explaining that he “said all the right things.”
