ጠላት ለህብረተሰቡ ልማት መዋል ሲገባቸው ለምሽግ መስሪያ ሲጠቀምባቸው የነበረውን አንድ ዶዘር ፣ አንድ እስካቫተር ፣  አንድ ሎደር እና አንድ ፒካፖችን ጥሎ ፈርጥጧል ።

በተጨማሪም ብዙ የጥፋት ቡድኑ ታጣቂ የተደመሠሠ ሲሆን ፣ በርካታ ቁስለኞችን ይዞ ሊሸሽ ቢሞክርም ጀግናው አየር ሀይላችን ተከታትሎ መደምሰሱን ተናግረዋል።

የሰራዊት አባላቱ በሰጡት አስተያየት ፣ እየተመዘገበ ባለው ድል መደሰታቸውንና ወደፊትም ጁንታውን በመደምሰስና ህግን ለማስከበር ዝግጁ መሆናቸውን አረጋግጠዋል።

 وجاء في بيان صادر عن الحكومة الإثيوبية أن "الحكومة الإثيوبية تلقت رسالة من جنوب السودان يطلب فيها مساعدة عسكرية".

 وقالت حالة الطوارئ في بيان لها إنها كانت محاولة من قبل معطلين لتقديم أخبار مبتكرة للمجتمع الدولي.

በምሥራቁ ግንባር ራያ ሙሉ በሙሉ ነጻ ወጥቷል። ጨርጨር፣ ጉጉፍቶ መሖኒን ሠራዊቱ ነጻ አውጥቷል። በየቦታው የነበሩ ወሳኝ የኮንክሪት ምሽጐችንም አፍርሷል። ሠራዊቱ በአሁኑ ጊዜ ወደ መቀሌ በመገሥገሥ ላይ ነው። 

በምዕራብ ግንባር ደግሞ በአዲ ነብሪድና በአዲ ዳእሮ የሚገኙ ከባድ ምሽጎችን በማፍረስ ሽሬን ተቆጣጥሮ ወደ አኩስም በመገሥገሥ ላይ ይገኛል። 

በውጊያው እጅግ ብዙ መሣሪያዎች ከመማረካቸውም በላይ ህወሓት ለክፉ ዓላማው ያሰለፋቸው የትግራይ ልዩ ኃይል አባላት በቁጥጥር ሥር ውለዋል።

Tigray TV showed what appeared to be a bombed-out residential area, with damaged roofs and craters in the ground.

“I heard a sound of some explosions. Boom, boom, boom, as I entered the house,” the station quoted a resident as saying. “When I got out later, I saw all this destruction. Two people have been injured. One of the injured is the landlord, and the other is a tenant just like us.”

Communications and transport links with the Tigray region remain almost completely cut off, making it difficult to verify either side’s claims.

The official, who was not allowed to publicly discuss the matter, told Anadolu Agency on the condition of anonymity that the Ethiopian government had been well aware of Tedros’s activities since the beginning of the National Defense Force’s law enforcement operation against the TPLF, which is entrenched in the northern Tigray region.

“Tedros had been lobbying the UN agencies to exert pressure on the Ethiopian government to unconditionally stop its military action against the TPLF,” he noted. “He was relentlessly demonizing us.”

The official added that Tedros had also been soliciting Egyptian military support for the TPLF.

“To ally with Egypt, which had been bent on destabilizing Ethiopia for decades and aborting construction of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD), is tantamount to treason,” he said.

According to the official, who attended many high-profile government briefings on the matter, Tedros was also active in eastern Africa.

“He repeatedly called top officials of many neighboring nations and pressured them to provide military and diplomatic support to the TPLF,” he noted, adding those countries informed the Ethiopian government.

“Those countries, which we cannot name, told us they declined Tedros’s requests, saying the conflict was an internal Ethiopian affair and they stand with us,” he said.

The official said from what they have gathered, Tedros was serving as a “full-time diplomat of the TPLF, breaching the duties of the director-general of the WHO.”

“We are readying a protest note to the WHO and other relevant bodies,” the official added.​​​​​​​

Ethiopia has launched what it describes as a law enforcement operation in Tigray after forces of the TPLF attacked the northern command of the federal army stationed across the Tigray region, killing soldiers and looting military assets.

The TPLF dominated political life in Ethiopia for more than three decades before current Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, who hails from the Oromo ethnic group, came to power in 2018.

The Oromo is the largest ethnic tribe in Ethiopia, representing around 34.9% of the country’s population of 114.9 million, while the Tigray account for only 7.3%.

34 የሕወሓት የፋይናንስ ተቋማትን የባንክ ሂሳብ ቁጥር ማሳገዱን የኢፌዴሪ  ጠቅላይ ዐቃቤ ህግ አስታውቋል፡፡

ሱር  ኮንስትራክሽን፣ ጉና  የንግድ  ስራዎች ፣ ትራንስ  ኢትዮጵያ፣ መስፍን ኢንዱስትሪያል  ኢንጅነሪንግ፣ ሰላም የህዝብ ማመላለሻ  ማህበር፣ ሜጋ  ማተሚያ፣ ኢፈርት ኃላፊነቱ የተወሰነ  የግል  ማህበር  እንዲሁም ኢፈርት  ኤሌክትሪካል ቢዝነስ  ገንዘባቸው ከታገደባቸው ተቋማት መካከል ናቸው።

ኢዛና ማእድን ልማት፣ቬሎሲቲ አፕሪዝ፣ መሶበ የግንባታ ስራዎች፣ ሳባ ስቶን፣  ኤፍ ኤክስፕረስ፣ ሜጋኔት ኮርፖሬሽን፣ ካትሪና ሼባ ታነሪናም በእገዳው ተካትተውበታል።

ጠቅላይ ዐቃቤ ህግ ስራ ላይ ካዋላቸው አዋጆች መካከል አዋጅ ቁጥር 882/2007 እና ሌሎች አዋጆችን መሰረት በማድረግ ነው እገዳውን የጣለው።

በፌዴራል ጠቅላይ አቃቤ ህግ በወንጀል የተገኘ ሐብት ማስመለስ ዳይሬክተር ጄኔራል ዓለምአንተ አግደው እንደተናገሩት በእነዚህ ተቋማት ስም በሁሉም ባንኮች የተቀመጡ የሂሳብ አካውንቶች እገዳ ተጥሎባቸዋል።

ጠቅላይ አቃቤ ህግ እነዚህ ተቋማትን በኢትዮጵያ የሚፈጸሙ ዘር ተኮር ጥቃትቶችን እና የሽብር ተግባራትን እና ህገ መንግስታዊ ስርዓቱን በኃይል ለመናድ ከሚሰሩ አካላት ጋር በመመሳጠር እና ግንኙነት በመፍጠር ፋይናንስ በማድረግ እንዲሁም በሙስና ወንጀል ድርጊት የተገኘ ገንዘብን  ህጋዊ አስመስሎ ማቅረብ ወንጀል እንደጠረጠራቸው ዳይሬክተሩ ተናግረዋል።

ከ34 ተቋማት መካከል ትምዕት እና መሶበ ሲሚንቶ ከድምጸ ወያኔ መገናኛ ብዙሃን ጋር ሼር እንዳላቸው መረጋገጡን ከጠቅላይ አቃቤ ህግ የተገኘው መረጃ ያመለክታል።

በዚህ መሰረት ድምጸ ወያኔ ከትምዕት 8 ሚሊዮን ብር ብሎም ከመሶበ ሲሚንቶ 61 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ የአክሲዮን ድርሻ እንዳለው ተቋሙ ገልጿል።

በዚህም ድምጸ ወያኔ አሁን ላይ በኢትዮጵያ እያካሄደ ባለው ግጭት የገንዘብ ድጋፍ ከእነዚህ ተቋማት እንደሚያገኝ በሰነድ መረጋገጡን ኃላፊው ተናግረዋል።

በአጠቃላይ በፋይናስ  ተቋማቱ ላይ እግዱ አስፈላጊ የሆነበት ምክንያት ድርጅቶቹ ሀብታቸውን ለማሸሽ ጥረት በማድረግ ላይ እንደሆኑ በቂ ማስረጃ የቀረበ በመሆኑ፣ ንበረቶቹ ሳይሸሹ ተገቢውን ቁጥጥር በማድረግ ውሳኔ እስኪሰጥባቸው ማቆየት ተገቢ መሆኑ ስለታመነበት ነው ተብሏል፡፡

የኢፌዴሪ ጠቅላይ ዐቃቤ ህግ በወንጀል የተገኘ ሀብት ማስመለስ ዳይሬክቶሬት ጄኔራል የመመርመር እና ሀብትን የማስመለስ ስራውን እስኪያጠናቅቅ ድረስ የታገዱት ንብረቶች እንዳይጎዱ እና እንዳይባክኑ ጠብቆ የሚያቆይ የንብረት አስተዳዳሪ የሚሾም ሲሆን አስተዳዳሪው ስራውን ተቀብሎ ማስተዳደር እስኪጀምር ድረስ የድርጅቶቹ አስተዳዳሪዎች ንበረቱን በሚገባ የመጠበቅ ኃላፊነት እንዳለባቸውም ተገልጿል፡፡

 The FDRE Attorney General announces the suspension of TPLF 34  financial institutions

 The Attorney General of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) has announced that he has suspended the bank accounts of 34 TPLF financial institutions.

 Sur Construction, Guna Business, Trans Ethiopia, Mesfin Industrial Engineering, Selam Public Transport Association, Mega Printing, Effort Private Limited, and Effort Electric Business are among the companies banned.

 Izana Mining Development, Velocity Apris, Mesobe Construction, Saba Stone, F Express, Magnet Corporation, Katherine and Sheba Tannerina are also included in the ban.

 Proclamation No. 882/2007 and other proclamations imposed by the Attorney General were suspended.

 According to the Federal Attorney General, Director of Criminal Recovery, Crime accounts held in all banks in the name of these institutions have been suspended.

 He said the attorney general suspected that these institutions were involved in racist and terrorist activities in Ethiopia and by financing and co-operating with those working to overthrow the constitutional order, as well as money laundering.

 According to the Attorney General, out of 34 institutions, Timet and Mesobe Cement have been confirmed to have shared with the TPLF media.

 According to the institute, the TPLF has a share of 8 million birr and more than 61 million birr from Mesobe Cement.

 He said the TPLF has received financial support from these institutions in the ongoing conflict in Ethiopia.

 In general, the reason for the ban on financial institutions is that there is ample evidence that the companies are trying to misappropriate their assets, and it is believed that it is appropriate to keep the assets under control and wait for a decision.

 The Attorney General of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) will appoint an asset manager to ensure that the frozen assets are not damaged or wasted until the Director General of the Criminal Assets Recovery Directorate completes its investigation and recovery.

የደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ መምህራንና ሰራተኞች ሀገርንና ህግን በማስከበር ለላይ ለሚገኘው ለመከላከያ ሠራዊት  ከ2 . 5 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ  ድጋፍ አድርገዋል፡፡

ድጋፉን ያደረጉት ከደምወዛቸው እስከ 100% ድረስ ተቀናሽ በማድረግ ነው።

 

ዩኒቨርሲቲው የሚያደርገው ድጋፍ እንደተጠበቀ ሆኖ መምህራንና ሰራተኞች በቀጣይም የህግ የማስከበር ስራው  ዳር እስኪደርስ ከጸጥታ ኃይሉ ጎን በመሆን ድጋፋቸውን አጠናክረው እንደሚቀጥሉ መናገራቸውን አብመድ ዘግቧል።
