"The Wise Hermit"

የራያ ቆቦ ወረዳ ትምህርት ጽሕፈት ቤት ኃላፊ አቶ መንገሻ በላይነጋ እንደገለጹት በሮቢት 2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት ቅጥር ግቢ ከተገኙት 19 መቃብሮች 3ቱ በእያንዳንዳቸው እስከ 30 ሰዎች

የተቀበሩባቸው የጅምላ መቃብሮች ናቸው። 

ወራሪው ቡድን የወረዳውን ትምህርት ጽሕፈት ቤት እና በወረዳው የሚገኙ 7 ሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤቶችን ጨምሮ 129 ትምህርት ቤቶችን በመውረር ዘረፋ መፈጸሙንና ንብረቶችን ማውደሙን ተናግረዋል። 

የሽብር ቡድኑ ከዘረፋቸውና ካወደማቸው ንብረቶችና ቁሳቁሶች መካከልም የቤተ ሙከራ ቁሳቁሶች፣ ኮምፒውተሮች፣ ፕላዝማዎች፣ የተማሪ ሰነዶችና ሌሎችም የትምህርት ቤቱ ንብረቶች ይገኙበታል። 

የሮቢት 2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት የጥበቃ ሠራተኞች አቶ ይመር አየለ እና ዝናቡ ሰማው ወራሪው ቡድን ትምህርት ቤቱን የመቃብር ስፍራ እንዳደረገው ገልጸዋል። 

የሮቢት ሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት ባለፈው ዓመት መጨረሻ ከ1ሺ 800 በላይ ተማሪዎችን ተቀብሎ ያስተምር እንደነበር መገለጹን ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር የተገኘ መረጃ ያመላክታል።

 Raya Kobo Woreda Education Office Head, Mengesha Belaynega, said three of the 19 graves found on the grounds of Robit High School are mass graves of up to 30 people each.

 The invading group reportedly looted 129 schools, including the Woreda Education Office and seven secondary schools in the woreda, and looted property.

 Among the items looted and destroyed by the terrorist group were lab equipment, computers, plasma, student documents, and other school supplies.

 Robit High School security guards Yimer Ayele and Zinabu Semaw said the invading group had turned the school into a graveyard.

 According to the Ministry of Education, Robit High School enrolled more than 1,800 students at the end of last year.

በአዲስ አበባ በህገ ወጥ መንገድ ሲንቀሳቀስ የነበረ ከ250 ሺህ ዶላር በላይ  መያዙን እና ከጉዳዩ ጋር በተያያዘ የተጠረጠሩትን ጨምሮ በተለያዩ  ወንጀሎች  የተሰማሩ በርካታ  ግለሰቦች በቁጥጥር ስር መዋላቸውንመ ግብረ ሀይሉ አመልክቷል፡፡ 

የፌደራል የደህንነትና የፀጥታ የጋራ ግብረ ኃይል ለመገናኛ ብዙሃን በላከው መግለጫ እንዳስታወቀው፤ ከመደበኛ የፀጥታ ስራው በተጨማሪ በአሁኑ ወቅት ወደ ሀገር ውስጥ እያገቡ ያሉ በርካታ ኢትዮጵያዊያንና ትውልደ- ኢትዮጵያውያን ምቹትና ደህንነታቸው የተጠበቀ እንዲሆን ከፍተኛ ዝግጅትና ስምሪት አድርጎ የጋራ ግብረ ኃይሉ እየተቀበለ ይገኛል፡፡ 

ይሁንና ከትልቁ ሀገራዊ ዓላማ በተቃራኒ የግል ጥቅማቸውን ለማግበስበስ የሚንቀሳቀሱ አንዳአንድ ህግወጦች በመገኘታቸው ህገወጥ ድርጊታቸውን ለማቆም በአዲስ አበባ በተለምዶ ኢትዮጵያ ሄቴል፣መርካቶና መሰል የጥቁር ገበያ ማዕከሎችና ሌሎች የሚጠረጠሩ አካባቢዎች በተካሄዱ ኦፕሬሸኖች በርካታ ተጠርጣሪዎች  በቁጥጥር ስር ውለዋል ብሏል መግለጫው፡፡

የከተማዋን በጎ ገፅታ ለማበላሸት በሚንቀሳቀሱ በእነዚህ ህግወጥ የገንዘብ አዘዋዋሪዎች ላይ በተወሰደ እርምጃም ከ250 ሺህ ዶላር በላይ በቁጥጥር ስር መዋሉን የጋራ ግብረ ኃይሉ መግለጫ ጠቁሟል፡፡

 

መግለጫው አክሎም ከህገወጥ የግንዘብ ዝውውር ጋር በተያያዘ ከ50 ሺህ በላይ ፓውንድ እንዲሁም የተለያዩ ሀገራት የብር ኖቶች እና ከ115 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ የኢትዮጰያ ገንዘብ ከተጠርጣሪዎች ጋር እጅ ከፍንጅ መያዙን ግብረ ኃይሉ አስታውቋል፡፡

ከዚሁ ህገወጥ እንቅስቃሴ ጋር በተያያዘ በአዲስ አበባ በተለምዶ ቤቴል ተብሎ በሚጠራው አካባቢ በሚኖር በአንድ ተጠርጣሪ ግለሰብ ቤት ውስጥ አንድ ነጥብ አምስት ኪሎ ግራም የሚመዘን ኦፓል እንዲሁም በከተማዋ በቦሌ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 13 አንድ ግለሰብ መኖሪያ ቤት ውስጥ የተለያዩ ሀገራት የውጭ ገንዘቦች፣ የሞባይል ቀፎዎች፣ ትናንሽ ታብሌቶች፣  ላፕቶፖች፣ የብር ጌጣጌጦች፣ የባንክ ሂሳብ ደብተሮች እና ፍላት ቴሌቪዥኖች መያዛቸውን መግለጫው ጠቁሟል፡፡ 

በተመሳሳይም ከአደንዘዥ እፅ ጋር በተያያዘ 5 አዘዋዋሪዎች መያዛቸውን ያመለከተው የፌደራል የደህንነትና የፀጥታ የጋራ ግብረ ኃይል፤ የተለያዩ የተጭበረበረ ሰነዶችን በማዘጋጀት የተለያዩ የማጭበርበር ወንጀሎች እንዲሰሩ የሚያግዙ 7 ህገ-ወጥ ደላሎችም በቁጥጥር ስር መዋላቸውን የጋራ ግብረ ኃይሉ አስታውቋል፡፡

በተያያዘ ሀገር በማፍረስ ሴራ ውስጥ በመሳተፍ ላይ ያለውን የአሸባሪውን የህወሓትና የሸኔ ቡድንን እንቅስቃሴ በገንዘብ ሲደግፉ የነበሩ የ240 ተጠርጣሪ ግለሰቦች የፋይናንስ ስርዓት እንዲቋረጥና በአካውንታቸው ውስጥ የተገኘ ከፍተኛ ገንዘብ እንዲታገድ መደረጉንና ጉዳያቸውም በምርመራ እየተጣራ እንደሚገኝም የጋራ ግብረ ኃይሉ ገልጿል፡፡

ህብረተሰቡም በአካባቢው አጠራጣሪ ሁኔታዎችን ሲመለከት ለጸጥታና ለመረጃ አካላት የተለመደ ጥቆማ መስጠቱን አጠናክሮ እንዲቀጥል በዚህ አጋጣሚ የጋራ ግብረ ኃይሉ ጥሪ አቅርቧል፡፡

 Sudan says it is tightly controlling its border with Ethiopia via Kesela 

Fesah al-Rahman al-Amin, the governor of Kesela state, said security forces have been beefed up in Sela State, one of Sudan's borders with Ethiopia.

This decision was made in light of the Ethiopian government's response to the TPLF.

He also said that the security forces in the area have been instructed to keep the border vigilant and prevent any individuals or groups from entering Sudan with weapons.

He also said that the force at Wade al-Helio, near the border, had been instructed to study the situation.

However, in order to receive the innocent citizens who come to Sudan seeking asylum; With this in mind, a special committee has been appointed to assist in the execution of orders, he said.

በአካባቢው ያለው የፀጥታ ኃይል ድንበሩን በንቃት እንዲጠብቅና ማንኛውም ግለሰብም ሆነ ቡድን የጦር መሳርያ ይዞ ወደ ሱዳን እንዳይገባ እንዲያደርግ መታዘዙንም አስተዳዳሪው ፈታህ አልራሃማን ተናግረዋል።

በድንበሩ አቅራቢያ ባለችው ዋድ አል ሄሊኦ ያለው ኃይል ሁኔታዎችን በደንብ እንዲያጠና መታዘዙንም ተናግረዋል።

በድሬዳዋ ከተማ የገንደ ሮቃ አካባቢ ነዋሪዎች የጅብ መንጋ ጥቃት እያደረሰባቸው በመሆኑ የሚመለከተው አካል መፍትሔ እንዲፈልግላቸው ጠየቁ።

ባለፈው ቅዳሜ አንድ የ3 ዓመት ህፃን በመንጋው ህይወቱ አልፏል።

በድሬዳዋ ከተማ ባለፈው ቅዳሜ ከቀኑ ዘጠኝ ሰዓት አካባቢ ልዩ ስሙ ገንደ ሮቃ ከሚባለው ገደላማ ስፍራ የወጣ የጅብ መንጋ በሰፈሩ በመጫወት ላይ ከነበሩ ህፃናት መካከል አንድ የ3 ዓመት ጨቅላ ህፃን አንጠልጥሎ ወስዷል።

ህፃናቱ ተደናግጠው ባሰሙት ጩኽት የሰፈሩ ሰው ግልብጥ ብሎ የወጣ ቢሆኑም በተለይ የተጠቂው ህፃን አባት እስከ የጅብ መንጋው ጎሮ ድረስ እየሮጠ በመከተል የአንዱን ጅብ ጭራ በመያዝ ጭምር የልጁን ህይወት ለማትረፍ ያደረገው ሙከራ ሳይሳካለት መቅረቱን የአካባቢው ነዋሪዎች ለኢዜአ ተናግረዋል።

ህፃኑ በነዋሪው ርብርብ ከጅብ መንጋው ማስጣል ቢቻልም ጭንቅላቱ ላይ በጅብ ንክሻ የከፋ ጉዳት ስለደረሰበት ህይወቱ ማለፉን ወይዘሮ አልማዝ ዝናቡ የተባሉ የአካባቢው ነዋሪ ገልፀዋል።

ከቀድሞ ምድር ባቡር ድርጅት፣ ከጉምሩክና ከምስራቅ አየር ኃይል በተለምዶ ሰባተኛ ከሚባለው የጦር ካምፕ የሚዋሰነው ገንደ ሮቃ የሚባለው መንደር ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ በጥሻ እየተዋጠ በመምጣቱ የጅብ መንጋ የሚርመሰመስበት ስፍራ መሆኑን ነዋሪዎቹ አስረድተዋል።

አቶ ታገል በንቲ የተባሉ የአካባቢው ነዋሪ እንደገለፁት የጅብ መንጋው ከጎሮው እየወጣ ነዋሪዎችን ሲተናኮል በአንድ ወር ውስጥ ለአራተኛ ጊዜ ነው።

የጅብ መንጋው በአካባቢው እንዲርመሰመስ ካደረጉት ምክንያቶች መካከል ከምድር ባቡር ድርጅት የፍሳሽ ቱቦዎች ፤ ከሰባተኛ ጦር ካምፕና ከጉምሩክ  የሚጣሉ ተረፈ ምርቶች የሚለቃቅመው ምግብ ፍለጋ ነው ተብሏል።

የድሬዳዋ ጉምሩክ ቅርንጫፍ ጽህፈት ቤት በኮትሮባንድ የሚይዛቸው ከብቶችም  ለጅቦቹ መበራከት ምክንያት መሆኑን የአካባቢው ወጣት ካሳሁን ከበደ ተናግሯል፡፡

ወይዘሮ አለምነሽ ገዛኸኝ የተባሉ ነዋሪ በበኩላቸው ትናንት ጭምር አራት ጅቦች በአካባቢው ሲያንዣብቡ እንደነበር ገልጸዋል፡፡

ገንደ ሮቃ የተባለው አካባቢ የሚገኝበት የቀበሌ 03 ቀበሌ መስተዳድር ሥራ አስኪያጅ አቶ ቢኒያም ግርማ ስለሁኔታው ተጠይቀው በስፍራው የጅብ መንጋ መኖሩን በመግለፅ ከሚመለከታቸው የመንግሥት ተቋማት ጋር በመነጋገር በአጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ ዘላቂ መፍትሄ ለመፍጠር እንቅስቃሴ መጀመሩን ተናግረዋል።

የጅብ መንጋው በመርዝ ከመግደል ይልቅ ጢሻውን በመመንጠር አካባቢውን ለቆ እንዲሔድ የማድረግ ስራ መጀመሩን ስራ አስኪያጁ ገልፀዋል።

የድሬዳዋ አስተዳደር የአካባቢ፣ የደንና የአየር ንብረት ለውጥ ባለሥልጣን ባለሙያ አቶ ማሙሽ ዘውዱ በበኩላቸው የጅብ መንጋው ዘላቂ መፍትሔ እስኪፈለግለት ድረስ በስፍራው በሚገኘው የጋራ መኖሪያ ቤቶች የሚኖሩ ሰዎች የተጠናከረ አጥር እንዲገነቡ መክረዋል።
