ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዶክተር አቢይ አህመድ በወርሃ መጋቢት 24 ቀን 2010 ዓ.ም ላይ ወደ ሃላፊነት ከመጡ በኋላ ለትግራይ እንደ ሁልጊዜው በማክበርና በሰላምና ልማት ላይ እንዲያተኩር ጥሪ በማቅረብ ህወሓትም እንደ አንድ የፖለቲካ ድርጅት በሰላምና አገራዊ ፖለቲካ ዙሪያ በጋራ እንዲሰራ ተደጋጋሚ ጥሪ አቅርበዋል። 

ፓርቲና ህዝብ የተለየ መሆኑን ሁሉም እንዲገነዘብ ሲመክሩና ሲያስረዱ ቆይተዋል፤

ከዚህ አኳያ ለህወሓት በተደጋጋሚ በሰላማዊ መልኩ እንዲንቀሳቀስና ለውጡን ለትግራይ ህዝብ ሰላም እንዲጠቀምበት ተደጋጋሚ ጥሪ ያቀረቡ ሲሆን፣ ከዚህ በታች ዋና ዋናዎቹ እንደ አብነት ቀርበዋል።

ሚያዚያ 5 ቀን 20 10 ዓ.ም፣

 • ወደ መቀሌ በማምራት ከህብረተሰቡ ጋር ውይየት አደረጉ፤

 የህዝቡን ጥያቄ ለመመለስ መንግስታቸው ከክልሉ አመራር ጋር ተባብሮ እንደሚሰራ ገልጸው፤ የትግራይ ህዝብም በሰላም እና ልማት ላይ እንዲያተኩር፣ ክልሉን የሚመራው ህወሓትም በህዝቡ የፀረ ድህነት ትግል ላይ አትኩሮ እንዲሰራ ጥሪ አቀረቡ። የክልሉ ነዋሪዎችም ከአጎራባች ክልሎች ጋር ያላቸውን ትብብር አጠናክረው እንዲቀጥሉ እንዲሁም ለውጡን ተከትሎም ስጋት አድሮባቸው የነበሩ የትግራይ ክልል ነዋሪዎችን አበረታትውና ጥያቄያቸውን ተቀብለው ተመለሱ።

ሰኔ 2 ቀን 2010 ዓ.ም

 • ወደ አክሱም በማቅናት በአካባቢው ከሚገኙ ነዋሪዎች ጋር ተወያዩ፣

 በአደጋ ላይ ያሉትን የአክሱም ሐወልቶች የጎበኙ ሲሆን ሃውልቶቹ በሚጠበቁበት ሂደት ላይ ከጣልያን መንግስት ጋር ንግግር እያደረጉ መሆኑን ተናገሩ።

ህዝቡ ሰላም፣ፍቅር ይቅርታ ላይ ትኩረት አድርጎ እየታዩ ያሉ ፖለቲካዊ የጸጥታ ችግሮች እንዲፈቱ፣ ክልሉን የሚመራው ህወሓትም ለሰላም በጋራ እንዲሰራ ጥሪ አቀረቡ።

 የካቲት 04 ቀን 2011 ዓ.ም

 • ማናቸውንም አይነት ችግሮች በሀገር በቀል መፍትሄ እንዲፈቱ የእርቀ ሰላም ኮሚሽን በማቋቋም ጥሪ አቀረቡ፤

 በትግራይ ክልል መንግስትና አጎራባች አካባቢዎች የሚታዩ አለመግባባቶች በሀገር ውስጥ ከተለያዩ ወገኖች በተውጣጡ ታዋቂ ሰዎች የጋራ ሽምግልና ጥረት እንዲፈቱ በህዝብ የተመረጡ ገለልተኛ የአገር ሽማግሌዎች ኃላፊነቱን እንዲወስዱ ኮሚሽን እንዲቋቋም አደረጉ። 

ለዚህም ሁሉም ወገን፣ በተለይም የትግራይ መንግስት እንዲተባበር ጥሪ አደረጉ፤

 ኮሚሽኑ በኢትዮጵያ ለበርካታ ዓመታት በተለያዩ ማህበራዊ እና ፖለቲካዊ ግጭቶች ምክንያት በህዝቦች መካከል የተደራረቡ የቁርሾ ስሜቶችን ለማከም፤ እውነት እና ፍትህ ላይ መሰረት ያደረገ እርቅን ለማውረድ እንዲያግዝ የተቋቋመ ነው።

በወቅቱም፣ የኮሚሽኑ አባላት ከዘር፣ ከሀይማኖት እና ከመድሎ በፀዳ መልኩ ስራቸውን በአግባቡ እንደሚወጡ አደራ አስተላለፉ። 

መንግስትም በእርቀ ሰላም ኮሚሽኑ ስራ ጣልቃ እንደማይገባ ቃል ገቡ።

በተመሳሳይ በክልሎች መካከል የሚነሳን የማንነትና ወሰን ይገባኛል ጥያቄ በሰላም የሚፈታ የወሰንና ማንነት ጉዳዮች ኮሚቴ አዋቀሩ፤

  ነገር ግን ጽንፈኛው የህወሃት ቡድን በዚህ ወቅት ሂደቱን አጣጥሎ፤ እንደማይቀበልም በይፋ አሳውቆ ነበር።

ሰኔ 9 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም

• 50 አባላትን ያካተተ የኢትዮጵያ ሃይማኖት ተቋማት ጉባኤና የሀገር ሽማግሌዎች ወደ መቀሌ ተላከ፣

   በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራል መንግሥትና ትግራይ ክልል መንግስት መካከል ያለው መልካም ያልሆነ ግንኙነት በንግግር እንዲፈታ አንድ የሽማግሌዎች ቡድን ወደ መቀሌ ላኩ፤

 ቡድኑ በመቀሌ ከትግራይ ክልል መንግስትና የተለያዩ የፖለቲካ ፓርቲ አመራሮች ጋር ቢወያዩም የወቅቱ የክልሉ ምክትል ርዕሰ መስተዳደር ዶክተር ደብረጺዮን ገብረ ሚካኤል ለቡድኑ ይሁንታ ነፈጉት፤

ይልቁንም ምክትል ርዕሰ መስተዳደሩ በወቅቱ እስካሁን ድረስ የት ነበራችሁ፤ የሚያስፈልገው እርቀ ሰላም አይደለም በሚል በሽማግሌዎች ጥረት ላይ ውሃ ቸለሱ፤ የቡድኑ አባላትም በህወሓት ጀሌዎች ስድብና ማዋረድ ደረሰባቸው፤

ጥቅምት 12 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም

 • ህወሓትና ጥቂት ደጋፊዎቹ ለውጡን እንደ እድል በመጠቀም በጋራ እንዲሰሩ፣ ካልተገባና አገር አፍራሽ የፖለቲካ ትርፍ ጉዞ እንዲታቀቡ በምክር ቤት ቆይታቸው መከሩ፤

 ለህዝብ ተወካዮች ለቀረቡላቸው ጥያቄዎች በሰጡት ማብራሪያ “ የኢህአዴግ” ን ውህደት አሃዳዊ መንግስት ለመመስረት የሚደረግ ሩጫ ነው እያሉ ህዝብን የሚያደናግሩ አካላት እንዳሉ ጠቅሰው፤ ኢህአዴግ ፓርቲ እንጂ ሀገረ መንግስት እንዳልሆነ አስረዱ።

ዜጎችም ሆነ ብለው የፖለቲካ ትርፍ ለማግኘት እኩይ ተግባር ውስጥ በገቡ አካላት እንዳይደናገሩ መከሩ።

ጥቅምት 24 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም

 • መንግስት በዜጎች ህይወት ላይ በመቆመር ጥቅማቸውን ለማስመለስ የሚሰሩትን እንደማይታገስ አሳሰቡ፣

 በኦሮሚያ ክልል በተፈጠረ ረብሻ የ86 ዜጎች ህይወት መጥፋቱን አስመልክተው ባስተላላፉት መልዕክት በፖለቲካ ፓርቲ ስም ተሸፍነው ያጡትን ጥቅም ለማስመለስ ኢትዮጵያውንን በብሔር ከፋፍሎ ለማጫረስ በስውር የሚሰሩ ቡድኖችና ግለሰቦች ከድርጊታቸው እንዲቆጠቡ አሳሰቡ። 

የመንግስትን ሆደ ሰፊነት እንደ ፍርሃት በመቁጠር ህግን በሚጥሱ አካላት ላይ መንግስት እንደማይታገስ አጽንኦት ሰጥተው ገለፁ።

ሚያዚያ 29 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም

 • የትግራይ መንግስት የፌዴሬሽን ምክር ቤት ውሳኔን በማክበር የትግራይን ህዝብ ከኮሮና በመጠበቅ ህግ እንዲያከብር አሳሰቡ፤

የህዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤትና የፌዴሬሽን ምክር ቤት ሀገራዊው ምርጫ ማራዘምን ተከትሎ ህወሃት ውሳኔውን እንደማይቀበለው መግለጹን፤ ተከትሎ ባስተላላፉት መልዕክት የትግራይ መንግስት የምክር ቤቶችን ውሳኔ እንዲያከብርና ኮሮና በተስፋፋበት ወቅት የጨረባ ምርጫ ማካሄዱ ዞሮዞሮ ጉዳቱ የህዝብ መሆኑን ተገንዝቦ ለህግ ተገዢ እንዲሆን አሳሰቡ።

ሰኔ 1 ቀን 2012 ዓ/ም

 • ህወሓት አንድ ፓርቲ እንጂ ህዝብ አለመሆኑን፣ በህዝቡም ሊነገድበት እንደማይገባ፣ መንግስት ለትግራይ ህዝብ የሚያደርገውን ድጋፍ እንደሚያጠናክር አስታወቁ፤

 የህዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት አባላት የሆኑ የህወሃት ተወካዮች መንግስት ትግራይን ያገለለ ስራ እያከናወነ አስመስለው ቅሬታ ባቀረቡበት ወቅት፣ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ ከየትኛውም ጊዜ በላይ ለትግራይ ክልል የሚሰጠው የበጀት ድጎማ ከፍ እንዳለና ለዓመታት ሲጓተት የነበረው የመቀሌ ውሃ ፕሮጀክት እንዲያልቅ መንግስት ከፍተኛ ብር መድቦ እየሰራ መሆኑን ይፋ አደረጉ፤

“የትግራይ ህዝብ ህዝባችን ነው፤ ህወሃት አንድ ፓርቲ እንጂ ሰላም ወዳዱን ትየግራይን ህዝብ አይወክልም” ሲሉ በተደጋጋሚ በህዝብ ተወካዮች አባላት ፊት ተናገሩ።

ሰኔ 4 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም

 • ያለችን አንድ ሀገር ነች፤ ልዩነቶችን በሰከነ አግባብና በሰለጠነ ውይይት እንፍታ ሲሉ ጥሪ አቀረቡ፤

 ወቅታዊ ጉዳይን አስመልክቶ ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት የፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች ያለችን አንድ ሀገር መሆኗን ተረድተው ልዩነቶችን በሰከነ አግባብና በሰለጠነ ውይይት እንዲፈቱ ጥሪ አቅርበዋል።

ሀምሌ 21 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም

 • አንድ እግራቸውን የትጥቅ ትግል ሌላኛ እግራቸውን ደግሞ ሰላማዊ የፖለቲካ ትግል ላይ አድርገው ህዝብን የሚያደናግሩ አካላት እንዲጠነቀቁ አሳሰቡ፤

 ከፖለቲካ ፓርቲ አመራሮች ጋር ባደረጉት ውይይት አንድ እግራቸውን የትጥቅ ትግል ሌላኛ እግራቸውን ደግሞ ሰላማዊ የፖለቲካ ትግል ላይ አድርገው ህዝብን የሚያደናግሩ የፖለቲካ ፓርቲዎች ቆም ብለው እንዲያስቡ አሳስበዋል።

 የ2013 አዲስ ዓመት ዋዜማ፣

 • ህወሓት መንግስት የሀይል አማራጮችን እንዲወስድ ከሚያነሳሱ ትንኮሳዎች እንዲታቀብ አሳሰቡ፤

 ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ ከኢቢሲ ጋር በነበራቸው ቆይታ መንግስት ለትግራይ ህዝብ ጦርነት ሳይሆን ልማትና ብልጽግና እንደሚያስፈልገው በይፋ ተናግረዋል። 

መንግስታቸውም የትግራይን ህዝብ ከመርዳት ባለፈ ምንም አይነት የግጭት ፍላጎት እንደሌለውም ገልፀዋል። 

ነገር ግን መንግስት የተለያዩ የሃይል አማራጮችን እንዲወስድ ህወሃት ትንኮሳ እያደረገ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል።

ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ በትግርኛ ቋንቋ የትግራይ ህዝብን በስሙ እየነገዱ ወደ ግጭት ሊወስዱት እየሰሩ ያሉ አካላት እንዳሉና ህዝቡም ይህን አጥብቆ እንዲታገል በተደጋጋሚ ጥሪ አቅርበዋል።

 ሆኖም፣

➢ በእነዚህ ሁሉ ሂደቶች የህወሃት ጽንፈኛ ቡድን በክልሉ ያሉ የመከላከያ ሰራዊት ሰሜን እዝ አባላት ለስራ እንቅስቃሴ በሚያደርጉበት ውቅት ህጻናትን ጎዳና ላይ እያስተኙ ችግር ሲፈጥሩ ቆይተዋል።

➢ የሰራዊቱ አባላት የእለት ተእለት እንቅስቃሴ በሚያደርጉበት ወቅት ያልተፈለገ ፍተሻ በማድረግም ከፍተኛ እንግልት ሲያደርጉ ቆይታዋል።

➢ የመከላከያ ሰራዊቱ ይህን ሁሉ ትንኮሳ በትዕግስት ሲያልፍ ቆይቷል።

➢ ይህ አልበቃ ብሎ የሀገር መከላከያ ሰራዊት የሰሜን እዝ አዛዥን በመቀሌ አሉላ አባ ነጋ አውሮፕላን ማረፊያ በማገት ወደ አዲስ አበባ እንዲመለሱ አድርገዋል።

  ጥቅምት 23 ቀን 20 13 ዓ/ም

➢ የህወሓት ጁንታ ጥቃት ከመፈጸሙ አንድ ቀን ቀደም ብሎ፣ የጽንፈኛው ቡድን መሪ የሆኑት ዶክተር ደብረጽዮን ገብረሚካኤል ጦርነት ትግራይ ላይ እንደማይቀርና ህዝቡ እንዲዘጋጅ ጥሪ አቅረቡ።

 ወደ ትግራይ የሚመጡ ማናቸውንም አካላት “እንቀብራቸዋለን” ሲሉ የጦር አውርድ ነጋሪት በአደባበይ ጎሰሙ። 

ጥቅምት 24 ቀን 2013 ዓ/ም

➢ ጽንፈኛ ቡድኑ ያደራጃቸው የልዩ ሀይሉ ታጣቂዎች በሀገር መከላከያ ሰራዊት ሰሜን እዝ አባላት ላይ ከወገን የማይጠበቅ ዘግናኝ ጥቃት በሌሊት ፈጸሙ።

 ➢ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዶክተር አቢይ አህመድ ጽንፈኛ ቡድኑ የሀገር መከላከያ ሰራዊት አባላት ላይ ጥቃት በመፈጸም ቀይ መስመር እስኪጥስ ድረስ ሃሳባቸው አንድ ነበር "ሰላም፤ይቅርታ፣ እርቅና ብልጽግና"። 

ይህን ሃሳባቸውንም በአገኙበት አጋጣሚ ይፋ ሲያደርጉ ቆይተዋል።

➢ ጽንፈኛው የህወሃት ቡድን በሰሜን እዝ አባላት ላይ አሳፋሪ ጥቃት ከፈጸመ በኋላ ( በነገራችን ላይ ጽንፈኛ ቡድኑ ጥቃት መፈጸሙን የቡድኑ አፈቀላጤ ሴኮ ቱሬ ጌታቸው ማመናቸው ይታወሳል) ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዶክተር አቢይ አህመድ

 

 ባስተላለፉት መልክት መንግስት ለሰላም ሲል በሆደ ሰፊነት በርካታ ትንኮሳዎችን ማለፉን ጠቁመዋል። መንግስት ይህን ያደረገውም “የትግራይ እናቶች እስከ መቼ ያለቅሳሉ” በሚል መርህ መሆኑንም ነው ያስረዱት።

ጥቅምት 25/2013 ዓ/ም

 • ቀዩ መስመር ስለታለፈ፣ የሰላም ጥሪው ዋጋ ማጣቱን በመግለፅ ህግ የማስከበር እርምጃ ግድ መሆኑን አሳወቁ፤

 ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር አብይ አህመድ፣ ንጋት 11 ሰዓት ላይ በሰራዊታችን ላይ በህወሓት ጁንታ ያልተጠበቀና ዘግናኝ ጥቃት መፈፀሙን በሀዘን አስታወቁ፤ ቀይ መስመር የታለፈ መሆኑን፣ 

ለረጅም ጊዜ ለህወሓት ቡድን የሰላም ጥሪ ሲደረግ ቢቆይም፣ ይህን ባለመቀበልና የእናት ጡት ነካሽ በመሆን የማይደፈረውን የሉዓላዊነትና የህዝብ ደህንነት አስጠባቂ የሆነው ሀይላችን ተደፈረ ሲሉ ገለፁ፤

መንግስት በዚህ አረመኔ ቡድን ላይ እርምጃ እንዲወስድም ጥብቅ ትዕዛዝ አስተላለፉ፤ መንግስት በትግራይ ህዝብ ላይ ግን የማይለወጥ አቋም እንዳለውና የትግራይ ህዝብንና የህወሓት ጁንታን መላው ህዝብ ለያይቶ እንዲመለከትም ለመላው ህዝብ አሳሰቡ፤

 ህዳር 4 ቀን 2013 ዓም

ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት የህግ ማስከበር እርምጃውን ተከትሎ የትግራይ ህዝብ እንዳይጎዳ የትግራይ ልዩ ሃይል አባላትና ሚሊሻዎች በሶስት ቀናት ውስጥ እጃቸውን እንዲሰጡም ጊዜ ገደብ ሰጥተዋል፤ በርካታ ሰላም ወዳድ የክልሉ ጽጥታ አካላትም እድሉን ተጠቅመዋል። 

አሻፈረኝ ብለው በቀሩት ላይ በሚወሰደው የህግ ማስከበር እርምጃ ወቅት ንጹሃን ዜጎች እንዳይጎዱም የመከላከያ ሰራዊቱ እጅግ ጥንቃቄ በተሞላበት መልኩ ኦፕሬሽኑን እንዲያከናውንም ትእዛዝ አስተላልፈዋል። 

በተቃራኒው ጽንፈኛው የህወሃት ጁንታ በአማራ ክልል ርእሰ መዲና ባህርዳር እንዲሁም በጎንደር ከተማ ንጹሃን ላይ ትኩረት ባደረገ መልኩ ሮኬቶችን ተኩሷል፤ በመሰረት ልማት ላይም ጉዳት አድርሷል።

 They have been advising and explaining that the party and the people are different.

 In this regard, they have repeatedly called on the TPLF to act peacefully and use the change for the benefit of the people of Tigray.

 He said his government will work with the regional leadership to answer the people's questions.  He called on the people of Tigray to focus on peace and development, and the TPLF, which leads the region, to focus on the people's fight against poverty.  He encouraged residents of the region to continue their cooperation with neighboring states and to respond to their demands.

 • Go to Axum and talk to the locals.

 He visited the endangered Axum monuments and said he was in talks with the Italian government on the status of the monuments.

 The people should focus on peace, love, forgiveness and the ongoing political crisis, and the TPLF, which is leading the region, should work together for peace.

ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አሕመድ በወቅታዊ ጉዳይ ላይ የሰጡት መግለጫ እንደሚከተለው ቀርቧል፡-

የተከበራችሁ የሀገራችን ሕዝቦች፣

በትግራይ ክልል የጀመርነው ሕግን የማስከበር ርምጃ ሁለተኛ ምእራፍ ተጠናቅቋል። አሁን በመጨረሻውና በሦስተኛው ወሳኝ ምእራፍ ላይ እንገኛለን።

እየወሰድን ያለነው ሕግን የማስከበር እርምጃ ሦስት ምእራፎች እንዳሉት ቀደም ብለን የገልጸን ሲሆን፤ የመጀመሪያው ምእራፍ፥ በገዛ ወገኑ የተጠቃውን የመከላከያ ሠራዊታችንን አሰባስበንና አጠናክረን፣ ተቋርጦ የነበረውን የእዝ ሰንሠለቱን ወደ ቦታው መልሰን ግዳጁን እንዲወጣ ማስቻል ነበር። በዚህም መሠረት ሠራዊቱ በከፍተኛ እልህ፣ ቁጭትና ወኔ ከገጠመው አደጋ በፍጥነት አገግሞ፣ የሕዝቡን ከፍተኛ ድጋፍ በልቡ ይዞ የሀገር ክህደት የፈጸመውን የሕወሐት ቡድን ለሕግ ለማቅረብ በተለያዩ አቅጣጫዎች ተንቀሳቅሷል። 

የርምጃው ሁለተኛ ምእራፍ ዋና ዓላማ፥ የሕወሐትን ጁንታ ከየአካባቢው እያስለቀቀ፣ ዐቅሙንም ከጥቅም ውጭ እያደረገ፣ ሕዝቡን ከዚህ የክህደት ቡድን ይዞታ ነጻ በማድረግ፣ የመሸገበትን የመቀሌ ከተማ መክበብ ነበር።

ከመቀሌ ውጭ ያለውን ሕወሃት የያዘውን ቦታ ነጻ በማውጣት፤ የተዘረፉ ትጥቆችንና ካምፖችን መልሶ በመያዝ፤ የክህደት ቡድኑ የዘረፋቸውን ስትራቴጂያዊ የሆኑ መሣሪያዎችን ለውድመት ሳያውላቸው በፊት ከጥቅም ውጭ ማድረግ፤ በግዳጅ የያዛቸውን የሠራዊታችን አባላት ማትረፍ፤ የተሠውትን መቅበር እና አደጋ የሚደርስባቸውን ዜጎች መታደግ የሁለተኛው ምእራፍ እርምጃ ዝርዝር ዓላማዎች ነበሩ።

በዚህ መሠረት በዳንሻ፣ በሑመራ፣ በሽሬ፣ በሽራሮ፣ በአክሱም፣ በአድዋ፣ በአዲግራት፣ በአላማጣ፣ በጨርጨር በመሖኒ፣ በኮረምና በሌሎችም ቦታዎች በተወሰደ ርምጃ ሠራዊታችን ሕዝብ እየታደገና ድል እያደረገ ተጉዟል። 

ሕዝብ ለመታደግ በነበረው ዓላማ በተቻለ መጠን ሕግ የማስከበር እርምጃው በከተሞች አካባቢ ጥፋት እንዳያስከትሉ እና ሰላማዊ ዜጎች ዒላማ እንዳይሆኑ፤ ታሪካዊ ቅርሶች፣ የሃይማኖት ቦታዎች፣ የሕዝብ መገልገያዎች፣ መሠረተ ልማቶች፣ የተፈጥሮ ሀብቶችና የመሳሰሉት ላይ ምንም ዓይነት ጉዳት እንዳይደርስባቸው ከፍተኛ ጥንቃቄ ተደርጓል። ምንም እንኳን የክህደት ቡድኑ የጥፋቱ ደረጃ ሰፊ እንዲሆን ቢፈልግም፥ በሕግ ማስከበር እርምጃችን ወቅት፥ የአየር ኃይል አውሮፕላኖቻችን ለሕዝቡ በነበራቸው ከፍተኛ ጥንቃቄ፣ ወደ ዒላማዎቻቸው የቀረበ አንድም ሰው እንኳን ከገጠማቸው የታጠቁትን ትጥቅ ይዘው እስከ መመለስ ደርሰዋል።

በዚህም፥ ምንም ዓይነት ኃላፊነት የማይሰማው ቡድኑ በሃይማኖት ተቋማትና በቅርሶች አካባቢ ተኩስ እንዲኖር የነበረውን ፍላጎት፣ በሠራዊቱ ተልዕኮን በጥበብ የማከናወን ችሎታ አማካኝነት የቡድኑ ፍላጎት ሊመክን ችሏል። ነጻ በወጡ አካባቢዎች በሀገር ሽማግሌዎች አማካኝነት ሕዝቡን መልሶ እንዲደራጅ፣ በመከላከያ ሠራዊቱ አማካኝነት የተጎዱ ወገኖቻችን እንዲደገፉ፣ ሕዝቡ የተፈጸመውን ነገር በትክክል እንዲረዳና ራሱን የሂደቱ አካል ለማድረግ ተችሏል። የተበላሹና የተበጣጠሱ ማኅበራዊ ተቋማትን፣ የመገናኛና የትራንስፖርት መሠረተ ልማቶችን በመጠገን፣ ሕዝቡ የሰላም አየር መተንፈስ ጀምሯል።

ሁለተኛው የርምጃው ምእራፍ ሕዝቡን የታደገ፣ የጁንታውን አከርካሬ ሰብሮ አቅሙን ወደ መቀሌ ማጥበብ ተችሏል። 

አሁን የቀረው ጉልበት መቀሌ ላይ ያደራጀው ምሽግ እና አልፎ አልፎ የሚያሰማው ከንቱ ፉከራ ነው። በዚህ ሕግን የማስከበር እርምጃ ወቅት ሕዝባችን ከመከላከያ ሠራዊቱ ጎን መሆኑን በግልጽ አሳይቷል። ሕወሃት ስለ መከላከያ ሠራዊቱ የነዛው ፕሮፓጋንዳም ስሕተት መሆኑን የትግራይ ሕዝብ በዓይኑ ለማየት ችሏል። የሠራዊቱን ደግነትና ከጥፋት ለመታደግ የከፈለውን መስዕዋትነት ሕዝቡ ራሱ መመስከር ጀምሯል። 

በየአካባቢው ከዕለት ጉርሱ እየቀነሰ ለሠራዊቱ በማብላት፣ የክህደት ቡድኑ የሚሄድባቸውን መንገዶች በመጠቆም፤ የተደበቁ መሣሪያዎችንና ልዩ ልዩ ቁሳቁሶችን በማጋለጥ ከሠራዊቱ ጎን ሆኖ የሚያስደንቅ ተጋድሎ ፈጽሟል። በዚህም የትግራይ ሕዝብ ቀድሞም በሕወሃት የጥፋት መንገድ ምን ያህል እንደተንገሸገሸ በግልጽ አሳይቷል። 

ሠራዊቱ ሽሬ በገባበት ጊዜ ሕዝቡ በነቂስ ወጥቶ በሆታ ከመቀበሉም በላይ፣ ጁንታው ያስታጠቀውን ከ200 በላይ መሣሪያ ሰብስቦ ለመከላከያ አስረክቧል። ሠራዊታችን አክሱም በደረሰም ጊዜ ሕዝቡ ራሱ በክህደት ቡድኑ ቁጥጥር ሥር የዋሉ የሠራዊት አባላትን ነጻ አድርጎ፣ የቆሰሉትን አክሞና ተከባክቦ፣ በክብር ለመከላከያ ሠራዊቱ አስረክቧል። 

የአክሱም ሕዝብ የመከላከያ ሠራዊቱ ከእርሱ ጋር እንዲሆን ከመጠየቁም በላይ አብሮ ተሠልፎ የሕግ ማስከበሩ ዳር እንዲደርስ ቁርጠኝነቱን አሳይቷል። በተመሳሳይ ሠራዊታችን አዲግራት ሲገባ፣ ሕዝቡ ራሱ የተደበቁትን የልዩ ኃይልና የሚሊሻ አባላት እየያዘ ለመከላከያ አስረክቧል።

በተቃራኒው የቆመው የክህደት ቡድን ስንትና ስንት የሀገር ሀብትና ጉልበት የፈሰሰባቸውን መሠረተ ልማቶችን እያፈረሰ፣ ትምህርት ቤቶችንና የጤና ተቋማትን ከጥቅም ውጭ እያደረገ፣ መንገዶችና ድልድዮችን እየደረማመሰ ሸሽቷል። የታሪካዊቷ አክሱም የአውሮፕላን ማረፊያ ላይ ጭምር ውድመት በማድረስ የቀጣይ ዓመታት የቱሪዝም እንቅስቃሴያችን ላይ ከፍተኛ ጠባሳ ጥሎ አልፏል። የክልሉ ነዋሪ የእለት ተእለት እንቅስቃሴ የሚያደርግባቸውን መንገዶች በዶዘር ማፈራረሱ ሳይበቃው፥ የመቀሌ ከተማን ልክ እንደ ጦርነት አውድማ ለማድረግ በመዛት ቅንጣት ታህል ኃላፊነት የማይሰማው መሆኑን በግልጽ አሳይቷል።

ውድ ኢትዮጵያውያን፣

አሁን ሕግ የማስከበር ርምጃው ወደ ሦስተኛውና ወሳኙ ምእራፍ ተሸጋግሯል። ሦስተኛው ምእራፍ በመቀሌ የሚካሄደውና የክህደት ቡድኑን ለሕግ ለማቅረብ የሚደረግ የመጨረሻው እርምጃ ነው። የዚያኑ ያህል ከፍተኛ ጥበብ፣ ጥንቃቄና ትእግሥት የሚፈልግ እንደሆነ ግልጽ ነው።

ይህ የክህደት ቡድን ለምንም ነገር ደንታ እንደሌለው፥ ለሕዝቡ፣ ለታሪኩ፣ ለባህሉ፣ ለቅርሱና ለእምነቱ ቅንጣት ርኅራሄ እንደሌለው በግልጽ አሳይቷል።

 ሁሉም ነገር ጠፍቶ እርሱ ብቻ ቢተርፍና ከሕግ ቢያመልጥ ደስተኛ ነው። በዚህም የተነሣ በመቀሌ ከተማ ውስጥ የሃይማኖት ተቋማትን፣ ሆቴሎችን፣ የመንግሥት ተቋማትን፣ የሕዝብ መኖሪያ መንደሮችን፣ ትምህርት ቤቶችን፣ ቅርሳ ቅሶችንና መካነ መቃብሮችን ሳይቀር እንደ ምሽግ ተጠቅሞባቸዋል። 

መጥፋቱ ላይቀር ብዙዎችን ይዞ ለመጥፋት ተዘጋጅቷል። ልክ በአንዳንድ ሀገራት እንደሚታዮት የሽብር ቡድኖች፣ ለሕዝብና ለሀገር ምንም ደንታ የሌላቸው አሸባሪዎች እንደሚያደርጉት ሁሉ፣ ይሄ የጥፋት ቡድን መቀሌን እንደ ሕዝብ መኖሪያነት ሳይሆን እንደ ጦር አውድማነት ቆጥሯታል።

በዚህ ቡድን ምክንያት እንዲሞቱ የተገደዱት ነዋሪዎች ዜጎቻችን እንደመሆናቸው መጠን እና የሚወድመውንም ከተማ ነገ መልሶ ለመገንባት ዞሮ ዞሮ የእኛው ኃላፊነት እንደመሆኑ መጠን በመቀሌ የሚኖረን የሕግ ማስከበር ርምጃችን፥ ጉዳትን እጅግ በቀነሰ መልኩ መከናወን እንዳለበት እናምናለን። ስለዚህም፥ የመቀሌ ከተማን ከከፋ ጉዳት ታድገን ዘመቻውን በድል የምናከናውንበትን መንገድ እንደምንከተል ለመግለጽ እወዳለሁ። 

መንግሥት ይሄንን የሚያደርገው በዚህ የክህደት ቡድን የተነሣ ሕዝብና ሀገር እንዳይጎዳ ከመፈለግ ነው።

በመሆኑም፤ 

አንደኛ፡- የመቀሌ ከተማ ነዋሪዎች፥ በጀመርነው ሕግን የማስከበር እርምጃ ቁልፍ ተዋናዮች እንድትሆኑ፣ ከሠራዊታችን ጎን በመቆም ይሄንን የክህደት ቡድን አባላት ለፍርድ በማቅረብ ወሳኝ ሚናችሁን እንድትወጡ ጥሪ እናቀርባለን። ለጥቂት ስግብግብ ጁንታዎች ሲባል አንድም ሰው መሞት፣ አንዲትም ንብረት መውደም የለበትም። 

ለዚህም የእናንተ ትብብር አይተኬ ሚና የሚጫወትና ብዙ ጉዳቶችን እንደሚያቀል እሙን ነው።

ሁለተኛ፡- የክህደት ቡድኑን ዓላማ በማስፈጸም ላይ ያላችሁ የትግራይ ልዩ ኃይልና ሚሊሻ አባላት፥ አሁንም ቢሆን እጃችሁን በሰላም ለመስጠት ጊዜው አልረፈደም። ሕግ የማስከበር እርምጃው የመጨረሻ ምእራፍ ላይ መሆናችንን ተረድታችሁ የማያዳግመውን ዕድል እንድትጠቀሙበት፤ ከአሁኗ ሰዓት ጀምሮ ባለው በ72 ሰዓታት ውስጥ እጃችሁን በሰላም ለመንግሥት እንድትሰጡ የመጨረሻ ጥሪያችንን እናቀርብላችኋለን። 

ሦስተኛ፡- የጁንታው አባላት፥ የጥፋት ጉዟችሁ ጀንበሯ እየጠለቀች መሆኑን አምናችሁ፣ ከማትወጡበት ቅርቃር ውስጥ መግባታችሁን ተገንዝባችሁ በቀጣይ 72 ሰዓታት ውስጥ እጃችሁን በሰላም እንድትሰጡ እንጠይቃችኋለን። የመጨረሻዋን ዕድል ተጠቀሙበት። ተጨማሪ የሕዝብ እልቂት ከመፍጠርና ከተማ ከማውደም ተቆጥባችሁ ከታሪክ ውግዘት እንድትድኑ ጥሪ እናቀርባለን።

በመጨረሻም መላው የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ እንዲረዳው የምንፈልገው ነገር ቢኖር ሦስተኛውን ምዕራፍ የሕግ ማስከበር እርምጃ ከማከናወን ጎን ለጎን በጥፋት ቡድኑ ምክንያት ቀያቸውን ጥለው ወደ ተለያዩ አካባቢዎች የሸሹ ወገኖቻችንን ለመመለስ፤ የተፈናቀሉትን መልሶ ለማቋቋም፤ መሠረተ ልማቶችን ለመጠገን፤ ነጻ የወጡ አካባቢዎች ላይ የሚኖሩ ዜጎች ወደ መደበኛ የሕይወት እንቅስቃሴያቸው እንዲመለሱ ለማድረግ በሁሉም ረገድ ዝግጅት አድርገናል። ወደ ትግበራ ስንገባ ከእጃችን እንዳያጥር እና ዐይናችንን ወደ ሌሎች እንዳናማትር ሁሉም ኢትዮጵያዊ የበኩሉን ድጋፍ ለማድረግ እንዲነሳ ጥሪ እናቀርባለን። እኛ ኢትዮጵያውያን የቆየና የዳበረ እርስ በእርስ የመረዳዳት ባህል ስላለን፣ የማንንም የውጭ እጅ ሳንጠብቅ ወገኖቻችንን እኛው ልናቀዋቁማቸው ይገባል። ለዚህም በመንግሥትና በተለያዩ የማኅበረሰብ አንቀሳቃሾች አማካኝነት የተጀመረውን እንቅስቃሴ እንድትቀላቀሉ ስል ጥሪ አቀርባለሁ።

 Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed's statement on current affairs is as follows:

 Distinguished people of our country,

 The second phase of law enforcement action in Tigray has been completed.  We are now in the final and third chapter.

 We have already mentioned that the law enforcement action we are taking has three chapters:  The first chapter was to mobilize and strengthen our own defensive forces, to restore the broken chain of command, and to carry out its mandate.  As a result, the army recovered from the tragedy with great perseverance, frustration and courage, and with the full support of the people in mind, it moved in various directions to bring the TPLF to justice.

 The main objective of the second phase of the operation was to dislodge the TPLF junta from its territory and use its power to liberate the people from the control of the apostate group and besiege the city of Mekelle.

 Liberating TPLF territory outside Mekele  Recovering looted weapons and camps;  Dispose of the strategic weapons that the apostate group looted before using them;  Save our captives;  Burial and rescue were the main objectives of the second phase.

President-elect Joe Biden intends to name his longtime adviser Antony Blinken as secretary of state, according to three people familiar with the matter, setting out to assemble his cabinet even before Donald Trump concedes defeat.

የህወሃት ቡድን ታጣቂዎች እንደ ማይካድራ ባሉ ቦታዎች በሰላማዊ ሰዎች ላይ ጥቃት መፈጸማቸው በተለያዩ ሚዲያዎች ሲዘገብ ቆይቷል፡፡ ቡድኑ ከዚህ ቀደም ባሉት ጊዜያት በተለያዩ ቦታዎች ተመሳሳይ ችግሮችን ሲፈጥር መቆየቱ ተገልጿል፡፡

 TPLF leaders have been called upon to refrain from their actions and surrender peacefully.

 There have been reports in the media that TPLF militants have attacked civilians in areas such as Maikadra.  The group is said to have created similar problems in various places in the past.

 The federal government has reaffirmed its commitment to bring those responsible to justice.

 The state of law enforcement in Tigray is in its final stages, and it should be noted that the actions of the infamous TPLF forces in places such as Maikadra should be criminally prosecuted under Ethiopian law and international law, according to the Emergency Proclamation.

The second phase of law enforcement action in Tigray has been completed. We are now in the final and third chapter.

የተከበራችሁ የሀገራችን ሕዝቦች፣

በትግራይ ክልል የጀመርነው ሕግን የማስከበር ርምጃ ሁለተኛ ምእራፍ ተጠናቅቋል። አሁን በመጨረሻውና በሦስተኛው ወሳኝ ምእራፍ ላይ እንገኛለን።

እየወሰድን ያለነው ሕግን የማስከበር እርምጃ ሦስት ምእራፎች እንዳሉት ቀደም ብለን የገልጸን ሲሆን፤ የመጀመሪያው ምእራፍ፥ በገዛ ወገኑ የተጠቃውን የመከላከያ ሠራዊታችንን አሰባስበንና አጠናክረን፣ ተቋርጦ የነበረውን የእዝ ሰንሠለቱን ወደ ቦታው መልሰን ግዳጁን እንዲወጣ ማስቻል ነበር። በዚህም መሠረት ሠራዊቱ በከፍተኛ እልህ፣ ቁጭትና ወኔ ከገጠመው አደጋ በፍጥነት አገግሞ፣ የሕዝቡን ከፍተኛ ድጋፍ በልቡ ይዞ የሀገር ክህደት የፈጸመውን የሕወሐት ቡድን ለሕግ ለማቅረብ በተለያዩ አቅጣጫዎች ተንቀሳቅሷል። 

የርምጃው ሁለተኛ ምእራፍ ዋና ዓላማ፥ የሕወሐትን ጁንታ ከየአካባቢው እያስለቀቀ፣ ዐቅሙንም ከጥቅም ውጭ እያደረገ፣ ሕዝቡን ከዚህ የክህደት ቡድን ይዞታ ነጻ በማድረግ፣ የመሸገበትን የመቀሌ ከተማ መክበብ ነበር። ከመቀሌ ውጭ ያለውን ሕወሃት የያዘውን ቦታ ነጻ በማውጣት፤ የተዘረፉ ትጥቆችንና ካምፖችን መልሶ በመያዝ፤ የክህደት ቡድኑ የዘረፋቸውን ስትራቴጂያዊ የሆኑ መሣሪያዎችን ለውድመት ሳያውላቸው በፊት ከጥቅም ውጭ ማድረግ፤ በግዳጅ የያዛቸውን የሠራዊታችን አባላት ማትረፍ፤ የተሠውትን መቅበር እና አደጋ የሚደርስባቸውን ዜጎች መታደግ የሁለተኛው ምእራፍ እርምጃ ዝርዝር ዓላማዎች ነበሩ።

አሁን የቀረው ጉልበት መቀሌ ላይ ያደራጀው ምሽግ እና አልፎ አልፎ የሚያሰማው ከንቱ ፉከራ ነው። በዚህ ሕግን የማስከበር እርምጃ ወቅት ሕዝባችን ከመከላከያ ሠራዊቱ ጎን መሆኑን በግልጽ አሳይቷል። ሕወሃት ስለ መከላከያ ሠራዊቱ የነዛው ፕሮፓጋንዳም ስሕተት መሆኑን የትግራይ ሕዝብ በዓይኑ ለማየት ችሏል። የሠራዊቱን ደግነትና ከጥፋት ለመታደግ የከፈለውን መስዕዋትነት ሕዝቡ ራሱ መመስከር ጀምሯል። በየአካባቢው ከዕለት ጉርሱ እየቀነሰ ለሠራዊቱ በማብላት፣ የክህደት ቡድኑ የሚሄድባቸውን መንገዶች በመጠቆም፤ የተደበቁ መሣሪያዎችንና ልዩ ልዩ ቁሳቁሶችን በማጋለጥ ከሠራዊቱ ጎን ሆኖ የሚያስደንቅ ተጋድሎ ፈጽሟል። በዚህም የትግራይ ሕዝብ ቀድሞም በሕወሃት የጥፋት መንገድ ምን ያህል እንደተንገሸገሸ በግልጽ አሳይቷል። 

ሠራዊቱ ሽሬ በገባበት ጊዜ ሕዝቡ በነቂስ ወጥቶ በሆታ ከመቀበሉም በላይ፣ ጁንታው ያስታጠቀውን ከ200 በላይ መሣሪያ ሰብስቦ ለመከላከያ አስረክቧል። ሠራዊታችን አክሱም በደረሰም ጊዜ ሕዝቡ ራሱ በክህደት ቡድኑ ቁጥጥር ሥር የዋሉ የሠራዊት አባላትን ነጻ አድርጎ፣ የቆሰሉትን አክሞና ተከባክቦ፣ በክብር ለመከላከያ ሠራዊቱ አስረክቧል። የአክሱም ሕዝብ የመከላከያ ሠራዊቱ ከእርሱ ጋር እንዲሆን ከመጠየቁም በላይ አብሮ ተሠልፎ የሕግ ማስከበሩ ዳር እንዲደርስ ቁርጠኝነቱን አሳይቷል። በተመሳሳይ ሠራዊታችን አዲግራት ሲገባ፣ ሕዝቡ ራሱ የተደበቁትን የልዩ ኃይልና የሚሊሻ አባላት እየያዘ ለመከላከያ አስረክቧል።

በተቃራኒው የቆመው የክህደት ቡድን ስንትና ስንት የሀገር ሀብትና ጉልበት የፈሰሰባቸውን መሠረተ ልማቶችን እያፈረሰ፣ ትምህርት ቤቶችንና የጤና ተቋማትን ከጥቅም ውጭ እያደረገ፣ መንገዶችና ድልድዮችን እየደረማመሰ ሸሽቷል። የታሪካዊቷ አክሱም የአውሮፕላን ማረፊያ ላይ ጭምር ውድመት በማድረስ የቀጣይ ዓመታት የቱሪዝም እንቅስቃሴያችን ላይ ከፍተኛ ጠባሳ ጥሎ አልፏል። የክልሉ ነዋሪ የእለት ተእለት እንቅስቃሴ የሚያደርግባቸውን መንገዶች በዶዘር ማፈራረሱ ሳይበቃው፥ የመቀሌ ከተማን ልክ እንደ ጦርነት አውድማ ለማድረግ በመዛት ቅንጣት ታህል ኃላፊነት የማይሰማው መሆኑን በግልጽ አሳይቷል።

ውድ ኢትዮጵያውያን፣

አሁን ሕግ የማስከበር ርምጃው ወደ ሦስተኛውና ወሳኙ ምእራፍ ተሸጋግሯል። ሦስተኛው ምእራፍ በመቀሌ የሚካሄደውና የክህደት ቡድኑን ለሕግ ለማቅረብ የሚደረግ የመጨረሻው እርምጃ ነው። የዚያኑ ያህል ከፍተኛ ጥበብ፣ ጥንቃቄና ትእግሥት የሚፈልግ እንደሆነ ግልጽ ነው።

ይህ የክህደት ቡድን ለምንም ነገር ደንታ እንደሌለው፥ ለሕዝቡ፣ ለታሪኩ፣ ለባህሉ፣ ለቅርሱና ለእምነቱ ቅንጣት ርኅራሄ እንደሌለው በግልጽ አሳይቷል። ሁሉም ነገር ጠፍቶ እርሱ ብቻ ቢተርፍና ከሕግ ቢያመልጥ ደስተኛ ነው። በዚህም የተነሣ በመቀሌ ከተማ ውስጥ የሃይማኖት ተቋማትን፣ ሆቴሎችን፣ የመንግሥት ተቋማትን፣ የሕዝብ መኖሪያ መንደሮችን፣ ትምህርት ቤቶችን፣ ቅርሳ ቅሶችንና መካነ መቃብሮችን ሳይቀር እንደ ምሽግ ተጠቅሞባቸዋል። መጥፋቱ ላይቀር ብዙዎችን ይዞ ለመጥፋት ተዘጋጅቷል። ልክ በአንዳንድ ሀገራት እንደሚታዮት የሽብር ቡድኖች፣ ለሕዝብና ለሀገር ምንም ደንታ የሌላቸው አሸባሪዎች እንደሚያደርጉት ሁሉ፣ ይሄ የጥፋት ቡድን መቀሌን እንደ ሕዝብ መኖሪያነት ሳይሆን እንደ ጦር አውድማነት ቆጥሯታል።

በዚህ ቡድን ምክንያት እንዲሞቱ የተገደዱት ነዋሪዎች ዜጎቻችን እንደመሆናቸው መጠን እና የሚወድመውንም ከተማ ነገ መልሶ ለመገንባት ዞሮ ዞሮ የእኛው ኃላፊነት እንደመሆኑ መጠን በመቀሌ የሚኖረን የሕግ ማስከበር ርምጃችን፥ ጉዳትን እጅግ በቀነሰ መልኩ መከናወን እንዳለበት እናምናለን። ስለዚህም፥ የመቀሌ ከተማን ከከፋ ጉዳት ታድገን ዘመቻውን በድል የምናከናውንበትን መንገድ እንደምንከተል ለመግለጽ እወዳለሁ። መንግሥት ይሄንን የሚያደርገው በዚህ የክህደት ቡድን የተነሣ ሕዝብና ሀገር እንዳይጎዳ ከመፈለግ ነው።

በመሆኑም፤ 

አንደኛ፡- የመቀሌ ከተማ ነዋሪዎች፥ በጀመርነው ሕግን የማስከበር እርምጃ ቁልፍ ተዋናዮች እንድትሆኑ፣ ከሠራዊታችን ጎን በመቆም ይሄንን የክህደት ቡድን አባላት ለፍርድ በማቅረብ ወሳኝ ሚናችሁን እንድትወጡ ጥሪ እናቀርባለን። ለጥቂት ስግብግብ ጁንታዎች ሲባል አንድም ሰው መሞት፣ አንዲትም ንብረት መውደም የለበትም። 

ለዚህም የእናንተ ትብብር አይተኬ ሚና የሚጫወትና ብዙ ጉዳቶችን እንደሚያቀል እሙን ነው።

ሁለተኛ፡- የክህደት ቡድኑን ዓላማ በማስፈጸም ላይ ያላችሁ የትግራይ ልዩ ኃይልና ሚሊሻ አባላት፥ አሁንም ቢሆን እጃችሁን በሰላም ለመስጠት ጊዜው አልረፈደም። ሕግ የማስከበር እርምጃው የመጨረሻ ምእራፍ ላይ መሆናችንን ተረድታችሁ የማያዳግመውን ዕድል እንድትጠቀሙበት፤ ከአሁኗ ሰዓት ጀምሮ ባለው በ72 ሰዓታት ውስጥ እጃችሁን በሰላም ለመንግሥት እንድትሰጡ የመጨረሻ ጥሪያችንን እናቀርብላችኋለን። 

ሦስተኛ፡- የጁንታው አባላት፥ የጥፋት ጉዟችሁ ጀንበሯ እየጠለቀች መሆኑን አምናችሁ፣ ከማትወጡበት ቅርቃር ውስጥ መግባታችሁን ተገንዝባችሁ በቀጣይ 72 ሰዓታት ውስጥ እጃችሁን በሰላም እንድትሰጡ እንጠይቃችኋለን። የመጨረሻዋን ዕድል ተጠቀሙበት። ተጨማሪ የሕዝብ እልቂት ከመፍጠርና ከተማ ከማውደም ተቆጥባችሁ ከታሪክ ውግዘት እንድትድኑ ጥሪ እናቀርባለን።

በመጨረሻም መላው የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ እንዲረዳው የምንፈልገው ነገር ቢኖር ሦስተኛውን ምዕራፍ የሕግ ማስከበር እርምጃ ከማከናወን ጎን ለጎን በጥፋት ቡድኑ ምክንያት ቀያቸውን ጥለው ወደ ተለያዩ አካባቢዎች የሸሹ ወገኖቻችንን ለመመለስ፤ የተፈናቀሉትን መልሶ ለማቋቋም፤ መሠረተ ልማቶችን ለመጠገን፤ ነጻ የወጡ አካባቢዎች ላይ የሚኖሩ ዜጎች ወደ መደበኛ የሕይወት እንቅስቃሴያቸው እንዲመለሱ ለማድረግ በሁሉም ረገድ ዝግጅት አድርገናል። ወደ ትግበራ ስንገባ ከእጃችን እንዳያጥር እና ዐይናችንን ወደ ሌሎች እንዳናማትር ሁሉም ኢትዮጵያዊ የበኩሉን ድጋፍ ለማድረግ እንዲነሳ ጥሪ እናቀርባለን። እኛ ኢትዮጵያውያን የቆየና የዳበረ እርስ በእርስ የመረዳዳት ባህል ስላለን፣ የማንንም የውጭ እጅ ሳንጠብቅ ወገኖቻችንን እኛው ልናቀዋቁማቸው ይገባል። ለዚህም በመንግሥትና በተለያዩ የማኅበረሰብ አንቀሳቃሾች አማካኝነት የተጀመረውን እንቅስቃሴ እንድትቀላቀሉ ስል ጥሪ አቀርባለሁ።

Distinguished people of our country,

 The second phase of law enforcement action in Tigray has been completed.  We are now in the final and third chapter.

 We have already mentioned that the law enforcement action we are taking has three chapters:  The first chapter was to mobilize and strengthen our own defensive forces, to restore the broken chain of command, and to carry out its mandate.  As a result, the army recovered from the tragedy with great perseverance, frustration and courage, and with the full support of the people in mind, it moved in various directions to bring the TPLF to justice.

 The main objective of the second phase of the operation was to dislodge the TPLF junta from its territory and use its power to liberate the people from the control of the apostate group and besiege the city of Mekelle.  Liberating TPLF territory outside Mekele  Recovering looted weapons and camps;  Dispose of the strategic weapons that the apostate group looted before using them;  Save our captives;  Burial and rescue were the main objectives of the second phase.

 Accordingly, in Dansha, Humera, Shire, Shiraro, Axum, Adwa, Adigrat, Alamata, Chercher, Mahoni, Korem and other places, our army has been rescuing and conquering the people.  Law enforcement action to protect the population as much as possible in order to protect the population, and to prevent civilian casualties;  Great care has been taken to protect historical monuments, places of worship, public facilities, infrastructure, natural resources, and so on.  Although the apostate group wanted to magnify the scale of the crime, during our law enforcement action, our Air Force planes were very careful with the public, and even if anyone approached their targets, they were armed and returned.

 In this way, the irresponsible group was able to satisfy the group's desire to shoot at religious institutions and heritage sites, as well as its ability to carry out its military mission wisely.  In liberated areas, the people have been able to reorganize the people, support our victims through the Defense Forces, make the people understand what happened and make themselves part of the process.  The people began to breathe a sigh of relief, repairing damaged social institutions, communication and transportation infrastructure.

 The second phase of the action saved the people, breaking the junta's spine and narrowing its reach to Mekele.

 All that is left is the fort that he has set up in Mekele and the vain boasting that he occasionally utters.  It is clear that our people are on the side of the Armed Forces during this time of law enforcement.  The people of Tigray have seen with their own eyes that the TPLF's propaganda about the army is wrong.  The people began to witness the kindness and sacrifices of the army.  By giving food to the army, reducing the daily rations in each area, pointing out the path of the apostate group;  He fought side by side with the army, exposing hidden weapons and equipment.  In this way, the people of Tigray have already shown how upset they are with the TPLF.

 When the army entered Shire, the crowd erupted in applause, and Junta collected more than 200 weapons and handed them over to the defense.  When our army arrived in Axum, the people themselves liberated the members of the apostate army, treated the wounded, and handed them over to the army with honor.  The people of Axum demanded that his defense force be with him, and they joined him in enforcing the law.  Similarly, when our army entered Adigrat, the people themselves captured the hidden special forces and militia members and surrendered their defenses.

 On the contrary, the apostate group has destroyed many of the country's resources and resources, destroyed schools and health facilities, and destroyed roads and bridges.  The destruction of the historic Axum airport has left a lasting impression on our tourism industry for years to come.  Not only did the residents of the region destroy their daily activities with a dozer, but he also showed that he was irresponsible by threatening to turn Mekelle like a battlefield.

 Dear Ethiopians,

 Law enforcement is now in its third and crucial phase.  The third chapter is the final step in bringing the apostate group to justice.  Clearly, it requires a great deal of wisdom, caution, and patience.

 This apostate group made it clear that it had no interest in anything, no compassion for its people, its history, its culture, its heritage and its beliefs.  He would be happy if only everything was lost and he escaped the law.  As a result, he used religious institutions, hotels, government institutions, public settlements, schools, monuments, and even cemeteries as strongholds in Mekelle.  It is ready to be destroyed and many to be destroyed.  Like terrorist groups in some countries, terrorists do not care about the people or the country, so they consider Mekelle to be a war zone, not a home for the people.

 As the citizens who were forced to die as a result of this group are our citizens and we have a responsibility to rebuild the ruined city tomorrow, we believe that our law enforcement action in Mekele should be done in a minimal way.  Therefore, I would like to say that we will follow the way we will save the city of Mekelle from the worst of the damage and carry out the campaign successfully.  The government is doing this to prevent the people and the country from being harmed by this apostate group.

 Therefore:

 First of all, we call on the residents of Mekelle to play a key role in bringing the members of this apostate group to justice by standing by our army and being a key player in the law enforcement action we have taken.  For the sake of a few greedy junta, no one should die, no property should be destroyed.

 Of course, your cooperation will play an important role and will alleviate many of the disadvantages.

 Second, the members of the Tigray Special Forces and Militia, who are carrying out the mission of the apostate group, are not too late to surrender peacefully.  Realizing that we are in the final stages of law enforcement action, take advantage of this unstoppable opportunity;  We call on you to surrender peacefully to the government within 72 hours from now.

 Third, members of the Junta, believe that your journey of destruction is approaching, and we urge you to surrender peacefully within the next 72 hours, recognizing that you are in a quagmire.  Take the last opportunity.  We call on you to refrain from further massacres and destruction of cities.

 Finally, what we want the entire Ethiopian people to understand is the third phase of law enforcement action, along with the return of those who fled their homes due to the crime.  To rehabilitate the displaced;  To repair infrastructure;  We have made every effort to help the people of the liberated areas return to normal activities.  We call on all Ethiopians to do their part so that we do not lose sight of others as we embark on the process.  Since we Ethiopians have a long and developed culture of mutual aid, we must confront our people without waiting for anyone's help.  To this end, I urge you to join the efforts of the government and various community activists.

Axum airport damaged by TPLF junta

የፌዴራል መንግሥት በተቆጣጠራቸው ከተማዎች እና አካባቢዎች የሚገኙ ዜጎች፣ በፀጥታ ኃይሎች ጥበቃ እየተደረገላቸው ወደ ዕለት ተዕለት እንቅስቃሴያቸው መመለስ ጀምረዋል።

ከመላው የኢትዮጵያ ሕዝብ ጋር በመሆን፣ ሰብአዊ እና ማኅበራዊ ፍላጎቶች የሚሟሉበትን መንገድ እናመቻቻለን ሲሉ ተናግረዋል። 

የሰብአዊ ድጋፍ ክንውኖችን ለመከታተል በፌዴራል መንግሥት የተዋቀረው ከፍተኛ ኮሚቴ፣ ተመጣጣኝ እና ወቅታዊ ድጋፍ ለማቅረብ የሚያስችል መረጃን እንዲያሰባስቡ ተጨባጭ ሁኔታውን የሚያጣሩ ልዑካንን ወደ ስፍራው መላኩንም ገልጸዋል።

በተጨማሪም ኮሚቴው ባለፉት ቀናት መኖሪያቸውን ጥለው የተሰደዱትን ዜጎች ሁሉ ወደ ቀዬአቸው ለመመለስ እና ለማቋቋም ከባለድርሻ አካላት ጋር መሥራቱን እንደሚቀጥል አስታውቀዋል።

 Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed said the federal government attaches great importance to the overall well-being and health of the people of Tigray.

 The success of the Ethiopian Defense Forces over the past few days is commendable.

 "Our forces took control of the area around Adigrat last night and today they have completely liberated Adigrat from the TPLF," he said.

 Citizens in federally controlled towns and areas began to return to normal activities under the protection of security forces.

 "We will work with the entire Ethiopian people to ensure that our humanitarian and social needs are met," he said.

 He said a high-level committee set up by the federal government to monitor humanitarian activities has sent a fact-finding mission to gather information to provide adequate and timely support.

 The committee also said it will continue to work with stakeholders to repatriate and resettle all displaced persons in the past few days.

በኒውዮርክ የኢትዮጵያ ኤምባሲ ጽ/ቤት የሚኒስትሪ አታሽ ሆነው ሲሰሩ የነበሩት ሜጀር ጀኔራል ፍስሀ ኪዳኔ ከኃላፊነት ተነስተዋል።

ጀኔራሉ ከሐላፊነት እንደተነሱ በሀገር መከላከያ ሚኒስትር በኩል ደብዳቤ እንደደረሳቸው በአሜሪካ ጥገኝነት መጠየቃቸውም ታውቋል።

ሜጀር ጄኔራሉ ፍስሀ ኪዳኔ በሐገር መከላከያ ሰራዊት የምዕራብ እዝ ኃላፊ ሆነው ሰርተዋል።

የምዕራብ እዝ ኃላፊ በነበሩበት ወቅት በሰሜን ጎንደር ጭልጋና መተማ አካባቢ ከሱር ኮንስትራክሽን ጋር በመተባበር የቅማንትና የአማራ ህዝቦችን ግጭቶች በበላይነት መርተዋል።

Major General Fisseha Kidanu fired  from Ethiopian miltary attache post in New York

 Maj. Gen. Fisseha Kidane, former Minister of State at the Ethiopian Embassy in New York, has resigned.

 It is learned that the general received a letter from the Secretary of Defense following his resignation.

 Major General Fisseha Kidane has served as the Western Command of the Defense Forces.

 During his tenure as head of the Western Command, he co-operated with Sur Construction in the Chilgana and Metema areas of North Gondar and led the conflict between the Kemant and Amhara peoples.

 In addition to leading the conflict between the two peoples, Maj. Gen. Fisseha Kidane should be held accountable for his human rights abuses.

 It is known that they have been secretly meeting with embassies around the world and carrying out the mission of the criminal organization.

 Meanwhile, the Ethiopian government will continue to take legal action against those in charge of embassies around the world, a senior foreign ministry official said.

አሁንም ከተሰጣቸው ሐገራዊ ተልዕኮ በማፈንገጥ በተለያዩ አለም ሀገራት ከሚገኙ ኤምባሲዎች ጋር በሚስጢር በመገናኘት የወንጀለኛው ትህነግን ተልዕኮ ሲያስፈጽሙ መቆየታቸው ታውቃል።

ግንዱን ከቆረጥነው አንጓውን እናከስመዋለን !

የምንገኝበት የፖለቲካ መድረክ ሀገር አፍራሽ ከሀዲዎች እየፈረሱ የሚገኙበት ታሪካዊ መድረክ ነው። የግፈኞች ፀሀይ እየጠለቀች የግፉአን ጀንበር እየወጣች በምትገኝበት በዚህ ታሪካዊ መድረክ ላይ መላው የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ በአንድ ወገን ከሀዲውና ወንበዴው ትህነግና የጥፋት አጋሮቹ በሌላ ወገን የሚፋለሙበት አውደውጊያ ላይ እንገኛለን።

በዚህ ወሳኝና ታሪካዊ መድረክ ላይ ጀግናው መከላከያ ሰራዊታችን ከአማራና ከአፋር ልዩ ኃይልና  ሚሊሻ ጋር በመተባበር አንጸባራቂ ድል እያስመዘገበ ይገኛል። 

ይሁን እንጂ የአውደውጊያውን አቅጣጫ ለማስቀየር በቤንሻንጉል ክልል በህዝባችን ላይ እየደረሰ ያለውን ወከባና የጠላት ኃይል እየፈፀመብን ያለውን አረመኔያዊ ጥድፍያ ሳንሸራርፍ እንረዳለን። የኦሮምያ ክልል ልዩ ኃይልና ሚሊሻ ያሳረፈበትን ጠንካራ ክንድ መቋቋም አልችል ብሎ በሽሽት ቤንሻንጉል ክልል የከተመው ኦነግ ሽኔና የቤንሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ህዝብ ነጻ አውጭ ነኝ የሚለው አማፂ ቡድን ከከሀዲው ትህነግ የሚሰፈርለትን መቅኖን ተጠቅሞ እስከዚች ሰአት ድረስ ያወጀብንን ጦርነት በውል እንገነዘባለን።  በዚህ ሰአት በግፍ የሚገደሉ ፣ የሚዘረፉ የሚሰደዱ ወገኖቻችን ጉዳይ ያሳስበናል። በህዝባችን ላይ የሚፈጸመውን ግፍ የሚቃወሙ የክልሉ ተወላጆች (በተለምዶ ቀይ የሚባለውና ቅን አሳቢና ለወገን ተቆርቋሪ የሆኑ የጉሙዝ ሽማግሌዎች) ላይ የሚፈጸመው አረመኔያዊ ግድያም የወንበዴው ህወሓት ምህረት የለሽ አስተምህሮ ምን ያህል  እንደበዘበዛቸው  እየታዘብን ነው። ድርጊቱና የድርጊቱ አፈጻጸም የዘገነናቸውና የወገኖቻቸው እልቂት ያሳሰባቸው የፖለቲካ ኃይሎችና የማህበራዊ ሚዲያ አንቂዎች የሚያቀርቡትን ቅሬታና ሂስ በአክብሮት የምንቀበለው ነው።

ይሁን እንጂ በቤንሻንጉል ጉሙዝ ድባጤ ወረዳ:- ሳምቦሰሪ ቀበሌ፣ አልባሳን ቀበሌ ፣ ጋፋሪ ቀበሌ ፣ ሙዘን ቀበሌ ፣ቆርቃ ቀበሌ፣ ድባጤ ከተማ፣ ዛሬ ደግሞ ማንዱራ ቁጥር 1 እና ጅግዳን እንዲሁም  ሌሎች በስም ያልተጠቀሱ አካባቢዎች ላይ የተፈጠረው የጅምላ ጭፍጨፋና የዘር ማጥራት ወንጀል ከወንበዴው ህወሓት ጋር የተጀመረውን አመክንዮአዊ ግንባር ለማስቀየስ ፣ ኃይል ለመበተን ፣ የግንባሩን ስረ-ምክንያት ሌላ መልክ እንዲይዝ ለማድረግ ፣ በወንበዴው ቡድን የተጀመረው የእብሪተኞች የጦርነት ትንኮሳና ሀገራዊ ክህደት በአለም አደባባይ እየተጋለጠ ባለበት በዚህ ወቅት ለህግ የበላይነት መከበርና ለሀገር አንድነት መጠበቅ የተጀመረውን ራስን የመከላከል ፍትሀዊ ጦርነት ወደእርስ በእርስ ጦርነት አዙሪት ውስጥ ለማስገባት ጠላት ያልሞከረው ሙከራ የለም። ነገም በየትኛው አቅጣጫ ምን አይነት ትንኮሳ ሊያጋጥም እንደሚችል በተጨባጭ መገመት አይቻልም። የጠላት የጣረሞት ትንቅንቅ ላልተወሰነ ጊዜም ቢሆን መፍጨርጨሩ አይቀርም። ትላንትም በእብሪት አጥፊ ክንዳቸውን አንስተው ያለሙት ሳይሳካ ሲቀር ጩኸታችንን እየተቃሙ ሲንደፋደፉ እየተመለከትናቸው ነው።።

የሰሜን ዕዝን በክህደት በትራቸው ያለእርህራሄ ከቀጠቀጡ በኋላ የማንነትና የወሰን ጥያቄ በሚነሳባቸው አካባቢዎች የክልላችንን ህዝብ በማዋረድ ጎንደርንና ወልድያን በአንድ ለሊት ለመቆጣጠር አቅዶ ጦርነት ያወጀውን የትህነግ ከሀዲ ስብስብ ተአምራዊ በሆነ የጦር ጀብዱ ያንበረከከውን ጥምር ኃይል (ጀግናውና ባለግርማ ሞገሱ የሀገር መከላከያ ሰራዊት ፣ ተአምረኛው የአማራ ልዩ ኃይልና የቁርጥ ቀን ደራሹ የአማራ ሚሊሻ) ተስፋፊና እርስት አስመላሽ በሚል የተሸናፊነት ስነ-ልቦና እየከሰሰው ይገኛል። 

ለክሱ ህጋዊ፣ ሞራላዊና ፖለቲካዊ ተቀባይነት ያግዘኛል ያለውን የቤንሻንጉል መተከል የጅምላ ጭፍጨፋና የዘር ማጥራት ወንጀል ጠዝጣዥና፣ ዘግናኝና ስሜት ቀስቃሽ የጦርነት ገፊ ምክንያት በማድረግ እየተጠቀመበት ይገኛል። ትህነግ ፣ ኦነግና የቤንሻንጉል ጉሙዝ አማፂ ቡድን የቀደደልንን ቦይ ተከትለን የምንፈስ ከሆነ "በሬ ሆይ በሬ ሆይ ሳሩን አየህና ገደሉን ሳታይ" እንዲሉ  ከገባበት የሞት ጣር ትንቅንቅ በመውጣት ድል የሚቀዳጀው ወንበዴው ቡድን ብቻ ነው። ስለሆነም የተዘጋጀልንን ወጥመድ በውል ተገንዝበን ያጋጠመንን ታሪካዊ አጣብቂኝ በስሜት ሳይሆን በስሌት ማለፍ ይኖርብናል። 

ይኸ ማለት አንድ አንድ የፖለቲካ ኃይሎችና የማህበራዊ ድረ-ገጽ ትስስር አንቂዎች እንደሚሉት የሰሜኑ ግንባር እስኪጠናቀቅ ድረስ ህዝቡ ይለቅ ማለት አይደለም። በቦታው ያለው  የመከላከያ ሰራዊትና የክልሉ ልዩ ኃይል እንደአስፈላጊነቱም በየጊዜው የሚቀመጡ አቅጣጫዎችን ታሳቢ ያደረገ የመከላከል ስራ እንዲሰራ ወሳኝና አስቸኳይ አቅጣጫ ተቀምጧል። ስለሆነም የክልሉ መንግስትም ሆነ የፌዴራል መንግስት እየተከተለ ያለው አማራጭ ትክክለኛውን መንገድና ዘላቂውን አማራጭ ስለሆነ ይህንን ውሳኔና የመንግስት ልዩ ትኩረት ተረድተን ዋነኛው የሀገርና የህዝብ ጠላት ግብአተ መሬቱ ሲረጋገጥ ግንዱን ተጣብቀው ያቀጠቀጡ አንጓዎች ከግንዱ ጋር አብረው የሚከስሙ መሆኑን መረዳት ያስፈልጋል።

Statement by the Office of Amhara Prosperity on Current Affairs❗️

 If we cut the stem, we will lose the neck!

 The political arena we are in is a historic forum where apostate apostates are falling apart.  In this historic forum where the sun of tyrants is setting and the sun of tyranny is rising, we are on the verge of a war in which the entire Ethiopian people are fighting on the one hand, the apostate and the robber, and on the other.

 In this crucial and historic forum, our heroic defense force, in collaboration with the Amhara and Afar Special Forces and Militia, is achieving a resounding victory.

 However, in order to change the course of the debate, we will not be distracted by the ongoing harassment and harassment of our people in Benishangul Gumuz.  We are well aware of the war waged by the apostate TNG, a rebel group claiming to be the Liberation Army of Benishangul Gumuz, who fled the Benishangul Gumuz region, claiming that they could not withstand the strong arm of the Oromia Regional State Special Forces and Militia.  We are concerned about those who are being killed, robbed and displaced at this time.  We are witnessing the brutal killing of the TPLF's ruthless teachings by the brutal killings of the region's indigenous people (traditionally known as Red, sincere and patriotic elders) who oppose the atrocities against our people.  We respect the complaints and criticisms of political forces and social media activists who are horrified and concerned about the massacre.

 However, in Benishangul-Gumuz Debate Woreda: Samboseri Kebele, Albasan Kebele, Gafari Kebele, Muzen Kebele, Korka Kebele, Dabate Town, today Mandura No. 1 and Jijiga, as well as other unnamed areas, the genocide started by the TPLF.  At a time when the bandits are trying to divert the force, dismantle the force, and change the root cause of the front, the enemy has not tried to wage a just war on the rule of law and national unity at a time when the arrogant warfare and treason are being exposed on the world stage.  .  It is impossible to predict exactly what kind of harassment will take place tomorrow.  Enemies may fight for an indefinite period of time.  Yesterday, we saw them arrogantly lifting their destructive arm and protesting when our dream failed.

 After defeating the Northern Command with a barrage of merciless weapons, the Amhara National Army, the Miracle of the Amhara National Army, the Miracle of the Amhara National Army, the Miracle of the Amhara National Army, the Amhara National Army, the Amhara National Army, the Amhara National Army, the Amhara National Army, the Amhara National Army, the Amhara National Army, the Amhara National Army, the Amhara National Army, the Amhara National Army, the Amhara National Army, the Amhara National Army, the Amhara National Army, the Amhara National Army.  ) He is being accused of being a scapegoat and a scapegoat.
